"Excellent Hptel"
Well positioned if you dont want to be in central Aberdeen and its traffic. Pleanty of parking and the rooms are excellent. I also had a disabled room and I can only say it was beyond superb. The maintenance was at a high level and the staff most pleasant. Very comfortable and clean

"Worst ever experience of a Premier Inn. I will never be returning,"
Horrific stay. Terrible smells in corridor and room . air con not working. Actually chose to leave early and drive home rather than stay for another night. The corridors were visibly dirty.
Spoke to the receptionist about the smell of sick in the corridor and damp smell in the room, was told it was the cleaning chemicals. Wasnt until I decided to check out that the offer of another room was made. Too little too late.
Only saw one air freshener, just so happened to be where the sick smell was... Coincidence? I don't think so.

"Peaceful and good menu at restaurant on site"
Always a very quiet and good nights sleep here although this time the room was very hot. Fans are available. A good restaurant on site and has an outside eating area too.

"Baked alive - won’t be back"
The bedroom was consistently 28’c with no A/C over the 4 days when it was only mid-teens outside. We got next to no sleep because of the extreme heat and left feeling extremely unwell every morning. The hallways and reception are also boiling, there is something wrong with the building. I was down at reception at 3am asking for a fan, after 20 mins a small desk fan was found but it didn’t touch the sides of the heat. I could understand if it was during a heatwave but it wasn’t. Even with the window cracked, there is little to no ventilation in the rooms.
They also have a seagull problem. You can’t leave the building without being swooped because of the chicks nesting all round the building. We have stayed here numerous times and it was the same last year, they haven’t done anything to mitigate it. This also made it extremely annoying to leave the windows open.
The car park is also completely full of massive crater pot holes, which are difficult to navigate when trying to reverse out of the car park because of the 3 CityLink coaches that are allowed to park in the car park every night. This takes away over 24 spaces every night, leaving nowhere to park. It’s been the same every single time we have stayed here and this stay has been our very last straw. It is well located and we have family nearby but this stay was completely hell. I was actually so glad to leave!

"Great if it wasn’t for the noise of the seagulls outside."
The hotel itself was quiet. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Very good price. Kettle was clean. Didn’t use the WiFi. No air conditioning. Seagulls noise outside window meant that we couldn’t keep the window open and the room reached 27°C. Plenty parking spaces but lots of potholes.
