"Scotland strong!"
Last minute hotel change what a pleasant surprise. Room clean, quiet peaceful. Arrived early so had lunch hearty soup huge salad, hubby had Indian dish.
Later used our meal package which included a beverage wine and Guiness for us. Again huge assortment of delicious, fresh cooked foods. Service was above anything we've experienced in Canada or the USA not by one, individual but by all.
Kudos to everyone from the kitchen to the front bar dining room.
Scotland strong!

We always stay in this hotel, they are great when dealing with our mobility issues. The staff are amazing and nothing is to much for them.

"Get someone else to cook a steak"
Don't ask for the mixed grill or a steak at the restaurant brewers fayre next door. Faulty towers still exists haha. Steak was cremated 1 side and well done. Asked for a replacement and 2nd steak was still well done instead of medium again - but atleast it wasn't burnt.
Also the half chicken breast was totally missing from the mixed grill!
Thankfully I had a 25% voucher so I don't feel hard done by. I received compensation in the way of a couple of free drinks but needless to say I don't recommend and won't be back. Sorry everyone in the kitchen, I don't know what happened tonight.

I stayed with a friend in the second week of April . Anna at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Overall, the service was excellent, as was the cleanliness of the room. I'm satisfied and will definitely be back.

"Worn but quiet budget hotel"
I stay quite frequently and find it well located and very quiet. One of the older Premier Inns. Needs a refurb though, very worn in parts.
