"Disappointing Experience"
Waited 15 mins for help and when it finally arrived the individuals attitude sucked beyond belief. Would of also been nice if the person knew what soap and deodorant was for.

"Comfortable second home for the last few months"
I’ve been staying at the Premier Inn Aberdeen Bridge of Don for nearly 3–4 months this year due to working in the area, so I’ve had plenty of time to get to know the hotel and the staff.
The rooms are fairly standard for a Premier Inn, but that’s no bad thing — they are always clean, comfortable and have everything you need for a good stay, particularly when you’re staying away from home for work.
What really stands out at this hotel, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my time here. I’d particularly like to mention Paula on reception, who has always been extremely helpful and goes out of her way to assist whenever needed. Her friendly and professional approach really does make a difference, especially when you’re staying somewhere for such a long period of time.
The housekeeping staff also deserve a special mention. On one occasion, I had to change rooms and was supposed to move my belongings myself, but I completely forgot to do it before heading out. When I returned, the housekeeping team had moved everything into my new room for me. What really impressed me was the care they had taken — they had placed everything in almost exactly the same positions as they had been in my previous room! It was a small detail, but it showed a level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that I really appreciated. They certainly went above and beyond what I would have expected.
I’d also like to mention the restaurant staff, who were always very friendly and welcoming. When you’re staying in a hotel for months at a time, having staff who take the time to be friendly and make you feel welcome makes a big difference. The food in the restaurant was also very good when it was open, and it’s a real shame that the restaurant has since closed.
After spending several months here, I can comfortably say that I’ve had a very positive experience. The hotel itself provides the reliable, clean and comfortable standard you expect from Premier Inn, but it’s the people who really make this particular hotel stand out.
A big thank you to Paula, the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff and everyone else at the hotel for making my extended stay such a pleasant one. Their friendliness, helpfulness and excellent service have been greatly appreciated, and I would happily stay here again.

"Disappointing"
Quite a disappointing stay compared to other Premier inns. The first room smelt of the damp and then the second had a big black scuff up the wall. However we stayed in the room due to our tired toddler. The room was so hot and the black out blinds weren't great. As the light shone I'm at 5am walking up our toddler. Also the key card stopped working so it meant lengthy walks back to reception to have it constantly reset. However the staff were friendly but I honestly wouldn't recommend stay at the hotel for young families
