This hotel was fantastic. We booked this last minute. We were greeted by the wonderful Marina at the front desk she was extremely friendly & welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. We will definitely be back.

"Perfect stay"
Excellent position close enough to city but without the restricted parking or noise. Theres plenty of free parking and restaurant on site. There is a drive thru Costa and useful shops close opposite and a short drive to beach. Large layout so very quiet room.

"Nice place"
Visited yesterday (11/04) for one night. I booked an accessible room due to my mum having mobility issues and using a wheelchair. The room was right at the other end of the hotel, through 5 closed doors so manoeuvring a wheelchair through wasn't great!
The room was perfect though, a good size and the wet room was huge!
Breakfast was fine, although the layout could be better.
When we went back to our room after breakfast, there was a cleaning trolley in the way, the lady was great and moved it for us when asked.
When checking out, said trolley was in the way again so I asked the staff member to move it as I had a wheelchair, she said yes no problem but didn't even come out.... I waited, and waited and then another member of staff walked past and asked the cleaner the move the trolley, she came out of the room, looked at us as if to say "why didn't you ask" and proceeded to move the trolley!!
All in all, except for a few niggles, it's a nice premier inn and we will stay again.

"Good stay, convenient location."
Great location, really handy for western peripheral route, city centre, and for travelling further afield.
Stayed for one night in a family room with my daughter. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the temperature in the room. It felt cold and despite putting the temp up on thermostat, it never went above 18 degrees.
Free parking is a bonus too. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and booked our table for dinner.
We ate at the Table Table restaurant next door on the Meal Deal. Dinner was great, food was tasty & hot, service was great from friendly staff. Breakfast wasnt quite so enjoyable. On arrival we were told that they were extremely busy but "thats because you have arrived at a peak time" - it was 0830 on a Sat morning. Not the most polite or friendly welcome. It was busy with queues at everything, but plenty of tables. The hot food selection was small and tucked away in a corner. The continental selection was laid out on the bar. Just didnt feel like the layout suited a buffet-style breakfast and customers were bumping into each other tryinv to navigate their way round. However main thing was that the food was tasty and a small but good selection. Just needed topped up more often to stop things running out.
I had been a bit apprehensive about booking this hotel based on other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again.

"Avoid at all costs"
The room was absolutely freezing and heater in room didn't work, bathroom was covered in mould and peeling paint, floors were so squeaky neither of us got any sleep, staff were no where to be seen, no glasses in room for water or juice, breakfast was unedible, bacon looked undercooked, sausages were dry, eggs were overcooked and restaurant staff were rude and asked us to sit in area but no tables were cleared for us to sit and staff were in another area with other guests so we ended up having to clear a table ourselves. Avoid this premier inn at all costs if you want a good sleep and breakfast.
