      "Excellent Service"
      The bed and pillows were so soft and comfy as well as rooms were super clean! Check in process was very easy and stress-free thanks to Julia on reception, and just a 5 minute walk from and to the airport which is super convenient. Service from Monika and Aurelien during dinner was great and they went above and beyond for me too. Breakfast was delicious and Iwona was incredible.

      Spotless hotel. Julia on reception was very kind and helpful. Rolls clean, dinner & breakfast was yummy and service through out both was incredible. Staff very friendly and caring. Perfect hotel was just enough for my business stay!!!!!!

      Spotless hotel, 10/10 service through out all departments. Breakfast and dinner both delicious and Julia on reception was excellent. Just a perfect hotel for my business stay. All staff always happy and go above and beyond. Can’t fault anything.
      "It's good if needing a little cosmetic work."
      I usually stay across the road at Leonrdos but the price difference for that date was massive so I went for the cheaper Premier Inn. No big issues. Bed comfy. Food in restaurant had no issues. Quick check-in. Staff were friendly and understanding especially given I had been awake and traelling since 4am. It is however looking a little dated, e.g. wallpaper in restaurant looking worn, plaster near window in room needs work done, and the stickytaped new parking rates look very unprofessional. I'd consider staying again if I needed an overnight stay at Aberdeen Airport.
      "Bit disappointed"
      The cleanliness was good Breakfast was pretty good ,staff weren't very efficient in many ways , and my evening meal on the first night was an absolute nightmare, 40 mins after being seated before my order was taking then after another 35 mins waitress asked did I enjoy my food to which i asked " what food?" So she went and got my order which had clearly been sitting a while as it was anything but hot when I eventually did arrive at my table
