"Excellent room and excellent staff."
The staff were great and very helpful and accommodating for my elderly father in law. We had Premier Plus rooms which were excellent, spotless and nice decor. Location is a little remote but plenty of eateries on retail park and not too far from town centre.

"A sad affair for a well loved Hotel"
We arrived to not being able to get into our room,
3 attempts later and a member of staff trying they changed us to another room.
The room was cold, heater didn’t work and wood had chipped off the side unit next to the bed.
Feeling unhappy I decided to check the bed linen, a small stain on the bottom sheet that didn’t fit the mattress!
Our first night was awful, the pillow was lumpy and I woke up with an awful back ache.
It seems a shame that after 5 years of stopping in this premier inn, the rooms have slowly become tired and tatty! Why haven’t one of the biggest chain of hotels up graded to a walk - in shower. Climbing over a bath is no fun !
I even noticed mould in the corner of the room
Sorry premier I won’t be stopping here again !

"Fantastic Hotel"
On checking in the receptionist was so helpful and gave us a very warm welcome.
We were absolutely delighted at the Premier Plus room. The new plush stylish interior and the comfort of the room was amazing.
We ate at the newly opened restaurant and was not disappointed by the food and the restaurant staff were so friendly, helpful and just added to an overall excellent experience to our stay.
Ten out of ten.

"MAY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT RATING."
stayed inn a premier plus room [315][all ground floor] for the first time and everything was fine except for the room was not as discribed on website or the in room leaflet stating there was an ARMCHAIR... in the room.
so this made the stay that little less comfortable.
had breakfast every morning and just same as usual good.

"Broken booking agreement"
I booked to stay 2 nights in Dunfermline Premier Inn and 2 nights Glasgow East Kilbride over the Easter holidays. When making the book, I was advised that the restaurants in both locations were closed for renovations, however a complementary takeaway breakfast would be provided instead. I made the booking on this basis, especially as my eldest daughter has severe physical and learning disabilities, so not having to worry about sorting breakfast swung the deal for me.
When we checked in at both hotels, the reception confirmed that a breakfast would be provided. However on each of the mornings, I was advised that the breakfast had run out and nothing was available - this was despite being 2.5 hours before the cut off time on one occasion.
When I complained to the staff at the time, I was advised that there was nothing they could do. No discount vouchers for local restaurants, no refunds, nothing.
I took my complaint to the head office, who initially denied that a complementary breakfast was included in the booking agreement. When I responded with screenshots to prove that breakfast was included, they said there was nothing they could do and that I should take it up on a local level.
Disgraceful customer service and I can't believe that a chain as large as Premier Inn can lie on their website, then accuse the customer of lying when trying to make a complaint, and then fail to take any action to rectify their fault.
To add insult to injury, this is one of the most grim hotels I have stayed in. Horrible, dinghy place with decor from the 1990's.
