Dunfermline hotel

Staff in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful. Meal was beautiful. It was my birthday so I got a complimentary drink as I don’t eat desserts. Thank you to Chelsey, Robert and Rebekah

First of all Premier inn rooms have most of the time been very clean(only once had an issue) this particular hotel was in our view very clean especially as there are ongoing works. It was a bit noisy a lot of road noise & a lot of people going past our window(we unfortunately had to close our window to help with this) beds for us are very comfortable but as with many companies it seems that you do not take account of peoples abilities(we totally understand that everyone is different). We had a bed that was very low(not standard Premier Inn height) which was difficult for my husband to get up from & I also thought it was too low down. Chances of us using the restaurant at nights again will be slim based on our experience, my food was ok but quite obvious it was a microwave meal. My husbands meal on the other hand was awful, don't get me wrong probably one of the best portion of fries we have ever had but the burgers were not fit to eat they were dry very thin pates with very little cheese, in my husband words worst burger ever. For the price Premier Inn charge for the meals very much so poor value. Would not recommend.

We had booked this hotel a couple of months ago as a late stop on our way home to Inverness after our flight from Cyprus was due into Edinburgh Airport around 0200. We advised Premier Inn that we would be arriving super late and were told it was not an issue as once booked the room was ours despite arriving late. As it turned out our flight was delayed into Edinburgh so it was around 0500 we arrived. John the night shift manager told us that our room had been cancelled as we were 'no shows' but that it was not a problem. He was very calm and helpful. He gave us a room and apologised for the booking being marked as 'no show' and assured us breakfast would be available for us later that morning. We only slept about 4 hours but the room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was superb and was very welcomed as it had been some time since we had last eaten properly. John is a real asset to this hotel, he went above and beyond on this occasion. Thank you John & Premier Inn Dunfermline.

I've been staying here for around 4 months Monday to Friday now, it's became a little home from home. Staff here are great, helpful to a fault, very difficult to single out any staff in particular, however Elaine is a beacon of positivity every breakfast time, a great start to the day. Rooms, if I am being completely honest I used to avoid this particular location as it was a little dated . However, the recent refit has worked wonders, large comfortable rooms, everything to you expect from the brand. The new restaurant is a nice place to spend time also, even if they are still unable to serve Guinness yet.

Manager Leanne was excellent. So helpful sorting out accomodation and running the restaurant like clockwork. Very personable multi tasking with reception accomodation new and old rooms plus the renovations plus new lovely restaurant/ bar Seemed always to be available Very impressive lady I have been to the same hotel for 3 years and have been impressed with all the helpful and friendly staff. Kelsie was very efficient in the restaurant
