"Long visit but a good one"
Nice hotel, food was decent and the drinks although limited were a good price and was good quality. Staff were really good, had a few laughs during the 3 months i stayed here. Will be returning at some point for another week, looking forward to staying over again
"Come on premier inn, update needed"
Stayed here a few times over the years, place needs a bit of tlc now, our room this trip was needing upgrades, we had small tv with a crack in the side of it an a temperamental shower, also bed wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been, we will be back as it’s a good location
      "over priced"
This chain of hotel saying its a budget hotel but they are asking for one night in september weekend price of £212 for one night some how i dont think this is budget when the Holiday same night are only asking for £91 shocking place would not be going to this place agen
"Noisy, dirty, rundown. Desperately needs upgrading. Staff lovely."
This was the worsed Premier in I’ve ever stayed at. No sleep at all due to the heating system being so old fashioned It never stopped making a noise every few seconds all night. Couldn’t turn it off. No one around to speak too until early next morning. Didn’t change anything as I had to go to work anyway. Given an apology tho well as a phone number for customer services. I was the. Asked not to ring until after 11am. Not sure as to why really. Curtains hung off the window. Walls dirty. Bed linen had dirty marks. Carpet must be so many years old it was threadbare with long time stains in parts. Restaurant across the road from the hotel itself was very sad, an empty run down place with sticky tables. Staff lovely but looked bored. Definitely could/should not be described as a restaurant. No ambience, nothing. This Premier Inn is a long way out from Dunfermline City. So without a car it’s not a present walk otherwise a good 15mins via bus. Quite isolating if you’re wanting to visit the City which is worth a look about. I’d never recommend this Premier Inn.
      "Very tiered hotel"
Booking a premier inn is normally my go to as it’s a safe bet and you know what your getting with there standards. Unfortunately the room was not up to its standards, it was a very, very tiered hotel. After paying for 3 nights at the price of £234 for a family of 4. We had to delay a night and pay an extra £38 to move the date one day later. I was so disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. The room we had a first was in need of some care. It had a lot of damp patches in the bathroom. The bathroom vanity was disintegrating near the toilet. The carpet was so old I’d thought I’d gone back in time. I booked a family room for me, my husband and my two children age 9 and 11. The room was so small we could barely put our cases anywhere. They’d put in two single beds squished in near the wall. I’ve staying in loads of premier inns around the country and I’d say this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I spoke to the lady at the from seat explaining to her that to room was really small for and I’d booked a family room and as we were there for 3 nights is there anyway we could move rooms. Emily the lady on the from seat was so helpful she managed to find a little bit bigger room for us to stay in. She set up another bed. Very grateful. Don’t think we’ll stay here again. Breakfast buffet was ok, not amazing.
