    "Rainy night in...Dumfries."
    The ladies who were working the breakfast shift (1/10) were ace and very accommodating. Give em' a payrise. Also the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

    Staff very friendly. Bit of a fly situation in the rooms. Extractor van very noisy in bathroom. Have to request room to be cleaned when you want it but staff do great job. WiFi terrible, Netflix wouldn’t even load. You can get premium WiFi at the small cost of £5 a day. Breakfast staff were the highlight and would brighten anyone’s day, meeting all my requirements every day. Angela and Heather are top of their class and deserve 5 stars on their own⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I Went in for breakfast and was lovely and the staff Angela and Anna was great help and really friendly I really enjoyed the atmosphere

    Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant was well run and the breakfast was very good; continental offered a wide choice of options and the cooked was fresh and plentiful. The staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Angela. They were more helpful than the reception staff (we were there during Storm Amy which saw all the trains from Dumfries cancelled)
