"Angela was a star, hotel lovely, will be back"
Room was a lovely family room, very clean & had everything we needed. Our friends had the room next to us, which was great. The restaurant is getting updated & building work is going on close by.
Angela from the restaurant was very friendly, polite & ensured our needs were met. The meal deal is definitely something to consider when staying here. Angela told us how it worked so we got a child's main meal free., when purchasing a drink. Children eat a free breakfast too.
We visited Dalscone Farm which is close by & well worth a visit. This is our 3rd year visiting & there are always new animals to see & things to do.

We found this hotel to be very nice and friendly.All the staff were excellent but a extra mention to Anna in the restaurant at breakfast time , nothing was too much trouble , she made sure we had everything we needed , she is a credit to Premier Inn.

Rooms are adequate, comfy beds and I had a nice shower room. Would benefit from a usb charging point and possible upgrading of some rooms however rooms are clean and adequate. Ate in restaurant breakfast and evening meal . Food was good , staff very friendly in all aspects of the accommodation, especially Angela who looked after us well at meal times.

"It was perfect"
Great location as it was only a stones throw away from Dalscone Farm. Hotel was quiet, even though it was busy and the room was a bit dated, compared to others we saw, but it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We backed onto trees at the back of the hotel and I can imagine it would be very peaceful when the building work for the new McDonalds ceases. Great value for money and worth it for a little trip away. We loved having the restaurant and Angela, who served us, was lovely. Thank you for being the cherry on Premier Inn cake, Angela.

"Very poor"
Noisy, poor parking, hot room with fan that is not fit for purpose. Reception member not very welcoming, no one on reception to ask for additional fan. Complained to Premier inn customer relations and no response! Out and out poor all round.
