      "Passing through"
We stayed over night on our way to holiday , when we arrived realised that we had forgotten to bring a certain breakfast material for our son who for want of some issues is a very fussy eater and I asked at reception if there was anywhere nearby that I could go and get what I was looking for , Claire on reception was first class and went spoke to her manager Karlene who came through and not only sourced what we were looking for but managed to get us some. When I asked how much I was due I was simply told there was no charge and that it was a pleasure to help out and if I wanted to simply make a donation to the charity box in the reception area which I did . Absolute first class, can’t compliment them enough. A credit to the company.
      "Angela at breakfast"
Not all Premier Inns are the same (despite popular belief.) Because Premier Inn Dumfries is the only one with Angela at breakfast. This morning she was singing, "The sun's gonna shine on everything that you do," and that really sums up that experience.
      "Lovely staff"
Travelling on a budget, the hotel is clean and well organised Really decent breakfast but the best thing was the friendliest staff, especially Angela!
      "Golf trip"
Stayed here for 2 nights and looked after by Angela at breakfast superbly. Rooms are looking a bit tired but functional for what we needed. Bed could have split to two singles instead of a sofa bed for an adult. Towels weren’t changed and room wasn’t serviced
      "Great restaurant team"
The hotel is ok but the reception team were not as helpful as other Premier Inn staff. The restaurant team are fantastic and so friendly. We had great service with a smile from Angela and Heather and we all appreciated their warmth.
