"Premier inn Sterling"
Not a great standard overall looked like it needed a good clean. Found the room okay but corridors were tired needed new carpet. The breakfast area was not staffed well at all unorganised chaos, families left waiting to be seated. No topping up of items bread, pastries, milk etc. No plates or cups, only one new girl was working hard to take cooked breakfast orders. Felt sorry for her she was constantly apologetic for the delay in getting the food sorted.
"Staff review"
Room was lovely and comfortable. Only 2 premier inn waiters/waitress serving a full room of guests for breakfast. Had to wait 20mins to place order for hot food. Restaurant/Bar opened from 17.00 to 22.00. On Saturday 02 Aug 25 morning when going for breakfast, we were met with a happy welcome from member of staff, who showed us to table, restaurant was full and he was the only one greeting guests, taking hot food orders, clearing tables while trying to keep up with welcoming guests as they came in and still maintained a happy welcoming greeting. The poor lad was rushed off his feet both Saturday 02 Aug 25 morning and Sunday 03 Aug 25 morning. He was a pleasure and delight to see when greeted by him in the morning, made our day. This lad deserves either a pay rise or promotion. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Every guest he treated the same way, was very attentive and profession. The lad who serving behind the bar on same dates was welcoming and professional.
"Filthy mattress protector covered in stains and stinking!"
The premier plus room was a good size with a fridge and descent. Size TV. The bathroom was good with an excellent shower. The bed was comfortable however, it was made poorly and quickly became untucked and when I started to remake the bed I discovered the mattress protector was filthy, with stains on it and had clearly not been changed for a long time. I was disgusted and removed it! This is a huge disappointment, I did not expect this from Premier inn.
"Terrible"
Here with friends and some rooms still weren’t ready at 4pm our room was dirty dust thick on the nightstands filthy up the sides of the bath and the bedroom door .breakfast was disgusting I didn’t go down for it the next morning.ran out of toilet roll so that must’ve not been filled up from other guests as we were hardly in our room .its such a shame as we have never had this problem in any other premier inn
"Stirling"
Room was clean & tidy. Great location, easy to get into city centre, cinema right across the road. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good value for money.
