First really friendly and professional

As others have mentioned, the car park is dumpy, but the hotel doesn't own it. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Others mentioned noise in their reviews, but we didn't have any problem. The front desk person was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Falkirk North, made truly special by the outstanding customer service from Kirsty. We had travelled all the way from Leicester to Falkirk, and unfortunately, as soon as we arrived, our 3-year-old son was unwell and was sick, making quite a mess of his clothes and car seat. It was a stressful start to our stay, but Kirsty immediately stepped in to help. She kindly provided us with a bag for the soiled clothes and even came up to our room with extra towels without us needing to ask. Kirsty went above and beyond—she checked in to see if we needed anything else and very generously offered to wash and dry our son’s clothes for us. The next day, she returned them clean and fresh, which we were incredibly grateful for. Our journey had already been stressful due to our tyre bursting on the M1 near Nottingham but Kirsty’s kindness and care turned the experience around completely. Her thoughtful actions made a huge difference to our stay, and we truly couldn’t be more thankful. Exceptional service like this is rare, and Kirsty is a real credit to the hotel. We highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at the Premier Inn Falkirk North for 5.5 weeks for work during February and March 2026. The room were spacious and had everything I needed to live here comfortably during my stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable (I don't usually sleep well when I'm not home in my own bed, but this was the exception!). Rooms are cleaned to perfection, there is never any issue if you want extra towels. All the ladies on the reception were soo kind and lovely to me - nothing was ever too much trouble. I must mention Kirsty on Reception. She was a total darling. Such a kind and considerate lady and I felt like I had known her forever. A gorgeous person with a kind heart. Thank You All Ladies for Making me feel so welcome and looking after me.

5 night stay , receptionist as always were friendly and welcoming. I have stayed here numerous times over the last two years due to my son's rugby but only for a night at a time. Room was clean and tidy and the bed as always very comfortable. I had the ultimate WiFi so i could use my fire stick, it worked fine. Rooms when you look closely need a touch up, understandably the odd chip and paint scratch. Had breakfast one day which is plentyful and a good price. Ate evening meal in the resteraunt on my last night, basic but well cooked, staff friendly. Always recommend staying here, good location to Edinburgh, Glasgow, fife and other areas
