"Super staff make the hotel ."
We have stayed at this hotel several times this year for convenience for the nearby hospital. Denise and her team ., including Jack , were very kind and attentive to our needs. On occasions the rooms were very hot over the summer , but we had effective fans and cooling sheets , and super comfy beds and good showers . The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade , but good breakfasts and super staff make up for the tired aspects of the chairs and carpets . Much appreciated all of you !

"Great hotel"
It is a nice hotel in a good location. Despite being so close to a major road it was lovely and quiet. The room had a powerful fan in it which was a real plus as the weather was still very warm when we arrived.
I can't praise the breakfast team highly enough for their treatment of my son who has multiple allergies. They did everything they could to make sure he was able to eat safely with them and it provided so much reassurance to me.

You've had a long journey. You just want to park up and have a rest.
You're fortunate enough to have a booking at Premier Inn, Larbert.
Lisa was such a warm welcome at reception when we arrived. Sweet treats a plenty makes our party feel truly valued.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, modern and perfectly equipped. One room was missing a TV remote control, but this was replaced by Lisa. (The TV is perfectly easy to work without a remote too)
Then breakfast... it was delicious. Plenty of choices, excellently cooked (fluffy scrambled eggs and the softest, most tender black pudding I've ever had). The chef and restaurant assistant/manager were so friendly and even THEY plied our four kids with more sweets!
A thoroughly fuss-free check out and farewell before we headed away.
I've stayed at hotels across the UK, Europe and the US. It seems a little strange to say that the best service and best at getting the basics right was an unassuming Premier Inn just outside Falkirk.
But there you go...

"Ok but tired."
Normal Premier inn hotel, reception efficient but rushed, room a bit below general Premier inn standards, clean, comfortable but tired. New breakfast room too small, lack of choice in comparison to hotels with restaurants attached.
