      "Good size room."
On arrival, the outside of the building looks very run down, it could do with a paint. The car park is large, plenty of room for lots and cars, it does look a bit messy with lots of rubbish about. We had a double room, it was clean, probably could do with updating. It was a big room, had a comfy bed. There were a mirror with a light around it and a full length mirror in the room, but not one on the dressing table. No plug for your phone at the side of the bed. Bathroom had a bath and a shower, but not a detachable shower for your hair if you didn't want to get in the shower. The shower was powerful, and we had plenty of really hot water. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Staff friendly. We ate in the pub next door every evening and the food was lovely and a good price.
      "Staff are lovely"
Firstly, I have to say the breakfast at the inn was excellent, friendly staff, great selection to eat, lovely dining area and everything was spotless, the cutlery was shining, it was that good! 5 star for that! The staff throughout the inn were all friendly, helpful and polite. The 3 marks, is the room, but to be honest the quality at all Premier inns over the last few years have declined terribly. They used to be so much better and nicer than a Travel lodge, but small details like a toilet paper dispensers rather than rolls, just isn’t nice. This room lacked seating, where they could’ve had space, there was one badly stained chair to sit on, otherwise you had a bed with only one pillow each, so not comfy to sit on, but if you’re spending days there (as we had planned for hospital visits) it wasn’t an area you could sit down and relax. I don’t understand why there couldn’t be a dining table, chairs and a comfy seat, there was room, even put it at the window if the sloping roof was the issue. The bathroom walls had mould, the bathroom floor was terribly uneven, warped and collected water in the sunken hole. The shower head wasn’t nice n clean and the overall appearance was very tired, and I prefer toilet roll; not dispensers. The supplied soaps were very good. Premier Inn, (not directed at any location in particular, just them as a whole) you need to drop the Premier or do better! Thank you to the staff at Larbert, you were all so lovely and helpful, the breakfast area and breakfast was superb!
"Awful sleep. Room temp extremely uncomfortable"
No air conditioning, far too hot to sleep in. Was given fans to blow throughout the night. Made no difference. The noise of the fan added to the already uncomfortable sleep. Thermostat did not control heat in the room. Had little to no sleep during both days. Little ventilation in the bathroom, which caused more heat in the rooms. Walls were soaking in condensation. Paint chipping off walls and skirting boards. Cooked breakfast was absolutely vile. The continental breakfast was nice. Reception staff were friendly. The worst premier in. I have ever stayed in.
"Great location for stays in Central Scotland"
I really enjoyed my weekend at Premier Inn Larbert, Great customer service. Clean and fresh bedroom. I would recommend the unlimited breakfast which was filling and excellent value for money. Easy access to motorway for travel in central Scotland or as an overnight stop for long distance travel.
      "Great staff"
We booked 3 rooms (1 for 2 nights the others for 1 night) The reception staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Had requested an early check in for 1 of the rooms for the 2nd day and staff made sure this was available for 11.15am. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Heating easy to adjust. The Bruce pub next to hotel was also good for a quick lunch/dinner. The breakfast in hotel was lovely and great selection available. The staff in the breakfast room couldn’t have been any nicer. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly as we passed them in the corridors. The lady in breakfast room gave my grandson a chocolate bar for after breakfast (she did check it was ok beforehand) It’s all the little things that make a big difference. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.
