Where do i start your baths are too deep my husband fell trying to get out no grab rails curtains in room fell off food for tea awful chips hard and cold breakfast not bad but ants on coffee machine no hot water for tea on last morning put a boiler in water just aired and staff no nothing about the area not helpful at all will not stop there anymore

This hotel was clean and comfortable, as always with Premier Inn. Enjoyed dinner and buffet breakfast, all staff pleasant and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere, very handy location for visiting the Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, The Pineapple and Bo’ness Foreshore parkrun. Great garden centre next door.

A return to Falkirk East (Grangemouth) and better than the last stay. The rooms have been done up internally as we noticed new furniture which has opened up a bit of space and refreshed the look. This time we also had a room in the low numbers (9) so were not in the low 20s which are next to the boiler room - the last time we were here in the autumn it was unbearable with the room at 26 with the window open (as much as you can) and 2 fans on constantly. Busy Saturday breakfast in the restaurant with a boxing club in and staff were pushed to keep tables clear, but otherwise good at keeping things stocked (could the supplier though try for pancakes that you can't sole your shoe with for a change). As ever with this site, it needs better signage on the road as the junction isnt well laid out for the adjacent garden centre and turning right on exit is near impossible (always has been though). Overall its a very servicable site with helpful staff and usually one of the cheaper ones.

Rooms nice and good breakfast, dinner was spoilt by overcooked food and arrogant so called chef, all food is poor quality frozen food

We arrived for a 2 night stay. Reception staff polite and gave us our room keys and light keys for room 5. On entering the room it appeared clean and tidy. However later in the evening when attempting to close the curtains they were attached to the pole by tie wraps which fell off when drawn, holes in the curtains were also showing. The bath taps were rusty all around the base and had been like this for some time as a rust stain running down the bath. I did inform the receptionist on our departure that the room is in desperate need of refurbishment which she agreed would be looked into.
