    "Excellent stay at Falkirk Premier Inn"
    Excellent premier in at Falkirk. Staff very helpful. This in the context of premier inn in preparation for renovations. Staff in restaurant were so kind and meals were of a high standard.
    "Good location friendly staff but no draught beers"
    The hotel was fine for my one night stay and the staff all helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable in the annex area but the aircon/heater was quite loud. Close to the Falkirk wheel (30 minute walk) and the Kelpies a short drive away. The adjoining restaurant has the typical menu but cooked to a better standard than most as was the breakfast. The only negative was the bar which had no draught beers or lagers only bottled beers as an option. This probably explains why most of my fellow diners were contractors. Car parking is free.

    Matthew was amazing! I personally broke my leg and he made sure that we had a room on the first floor connected me with Wi-Fi! Very clean highly recommended thank you Matthew & Martin….

    Very poor one of the poorest Premier Inn's I have ever stayed at and I stay a lot all over the country in them, staff were stressed due to being under staffed, the restaurant / bar was closed on Sunday and as 9 on us were getting together for a cremation there was nowhere near to do this, we were told about the closure by email but too late to book anywhere else. Breakfast on the Monday took 85 mins from entering to receiving breakfast good job the cremation was in the afternoon. .

    Not one of the best Premier Inn we have stayed in. Tired and lack of facilities on the plus side good location for Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. The waitress who served us Saturday and Sunday morning first class her customer service was excellent.
