"Not a Great Stay! Falkirk not your fault!"
Location is good for the kelpies at Helix Park and also the Falkirk Wheel. Our room was a good size room and clean but the reception is very scruffy and requires upgrading. The restaurant, belonging to premiere Inn was a complete let down. The service was ridiculously slow and they only had one steward serving on a Friday night for both the bar and restaurant. And apparently one chef!! We waited nearly 2 hours to get our food! And it was another disaster our meals were sub standard too . We are so disappointed. And will not be back!!

"Great stay in great location for attractions."
Loved the stay at this premier inn, and was highly satisfied with the room, free parking and breakfast. Great sized room, and clean to high standard you would expect from this chain. Staff were great, and an extra thankyou to restaurant staff, who were more than attentive to my other half’s milk intolerance on 28th May. (Ian I think, Thankyou)
Great location and stand alone location out the way, just off a roundabout, to easily get to Falkirk’s attractions. Kelpies five minutes away. Only thing different, although no means a criticism, is that the cooked breakfast is not buffet style (accustomed to most Premier Inn’s) and ordered through table service. All in all a lovely stay.

"Well positioned for Kelpies & Falkirk Wheel"
A 2 night stop was perfect for us to visit the Kelpies and take a walk along the tow path from the accommodation to the Falkirk Wheel. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable, spacious and free parking. Basic menu in restaurant but saves finding somewhere else when you have been out all day.

"Convenient for the Kelpies"
Standard Premier Inn, basic but clean and comfortable, free parking, restaurant on site, couple of pubs not too far away. Convenient for visiting the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel and close to road links to Glasgow, Edinburgh etc.

"I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me"
The accessible room number 304 was awful. It smelled damp and musty. It set off my health conditions and made me ill. The disabled access was not acceptable from the carpark to the room and was dangerous by wheelchair and parking was down or uphill of the annex. The carpark needs resurfacing too. There was a really steep ramp between the reception and the restaurant that was like taking your life in your own hands. Impossible in a manual wheelchair and dangerous with electric as it was so steep and round multiple bends. The AC unit in the room was noisy and we got little sleep and the smell was awful. The window didn’t open at all and the artwork was on the wall wonky, it was just all awful. Also there was barely anywhere to put clothes except a few coat hangers. There were no shelves and for a 3 night stay living out of our cases and bags it made getting round the room in a wheelchair very difficult. We tried to go for dinner one night but we were told the chef had walked out and a lot of staff were also quitting so there was no food. We had to get back in the vehicle and drive for a macdonalds at 8pm at night. As a wheelchair user with health issues I needed to eat and I was so exhausted and it was extra effort it left me ill. Another day at breakfast they purposely never made enough so we didn’t get breakfast. The restaurant floor was filthy too with food everywhere in the carpet. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with premier inn. I have tried to complain and have complained 5 times now and I’m still not getting anywhere with a refund yet despite their guarantee of a good nights sleep. They have made it so hard to complain. I would definitely avoid this hotel.
