"Horrible-elder abuse"
Do not go here with elders!!. My gran fell in her room late last night and staff refused to let family members in to help. Once they were made aware they also would not enter. My elderly gran with balance problems, Fell, injured herself and was forced to remain in her own feces all night because of staff neglect.

"Staff cuts"
This hotel
Has been going downhill for a while now, mainly due to staff cuts. It was also extremely disappointing to have asked for a particular room months in advance and confirmed the very day before we arrived, only to be told it was not available. Priority was given to a wheelchair user. Apart from the fact there were more convenient rooms on the ground floor, our requested room was one of four that were all equally accessible by wheelchair. Apparently this decision was made by a head office executive who doubtless meant well but may not have been aware of the layout. We also tried to have dinner in a half-full dining room, but were told to come back an hour later as there was only one chef on duty.

"Enjoyable stay"
A great option for a budget hotel. Well located for tourist sites (Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, canal and Rosebank Distillery just opposite) but despite the hotel's name not in the town centre. Because of this we ate at the hotel and the restaurant was great. Decent food and friendly service. Compares well with other hotel chains.

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR A RELAXING BREAK"
Our family had 3 rooms in total - 2 standard rooms and a family room. All rooms were very small, the air conditioning did not work in 2 of the rooms and they have the smallest tv - possibly a 20" (if that). Also, the water temperature in the showers were very temperamental and turned extremely hot very quickly - not ideal for adults, never mind children!! There was a lot of noise from the road outside even with the windows closed. Although the rooms were extremely uncomfortably hot due to the air conditioning not working, you couldn't open the window due to the loud traffic noise and therefore very little sleep was had by all. Each room cost over £200 for 2 nights for the standard rooms and nearly £300 for the family room, so this wasn't a cheap break by any means. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

"Not a Great Stay! Falkirk not your fault!"
Location is good for the kelpies at Helix Park and also the Falkirk Wheel. Our room was a good size room and clean but the reception is very scruffy and requires upgrading. The restaurant, belonging to premiere Inn was a complete let down. The service was ridiculously slow and they only had one steward serving on a Friday night for both the bar and restaurant. And apparently one chef!! We waited nearly 2 hours to get our food! And it was another disaster our meals were sub standard too . We are so disappointed. And will not be back!!
