    "Modern, bright and exceptionally welcoming"
From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed and comfortable. Sean was exceptionally kind and very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know about the hotel and whatever we asked. He even helped us with our luggage to the elevator, and check-in was quick and seamless. Alex was equally wonderful, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel’s décor is modern and tasteful, with clean lines, plenty of light, and thoughtful design. We especially appreciated the variety of seating options in the restaurant. Every space throughout the hotel felt clean, bright, and inviting. We also loved the thoughtful details like multiple doors on each floor that separate spaces and the gentle reminders to tiptoe—perfect for keeping hallways quiet and preventing little ones from racing through. As a parent, I remember those days well, and I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a quieter hotel. The room would benefit from a simple tea selection (black, green, and herbal) for guests who don’t drink coffee. At breakfast, more vegetable choices beyond tomatoes would be welcome, and again, a wider tea selection would be appreciated since only black and green were available. The juice tasted somewhat diluted and overly sweet, though we heard from other visitors in Dublin that this seems to be common, so not unique to Premium Inn. The hotel room doesn't have a mini fridge. It’s not a big deal for us but good to know. (Fridge was not advertised.)
    "Very enjoyable stay"
Great location, Great staff. Very clean. Comfortable rooms. A special mention for Linda who works in the dining area. She was extremely helpful to my wife and has a wonderful personality.
    "Quiet and handy"
Quiet, clean and friendly staff if not enough of them. Worth the walk for the peace and quiet and not really so far from anything. Good value. Sorry Emma has moved on.
"Friendly helpful staff, comfy bed and hotel in quiet location."
Staff were nice at this hotel and helpful. There was a little lady working in the dining room who served us for breakfast and evening meal a couple of times, she had long dark hair and possibly Spanish? Anyway, she was lovely and so helpful. Apologies I didn't get her name? Room was basic but clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet so great for us. The location was ideal, a nice area, still being developed too! The whiskey distillery is opposite the hotel so ideal for a light bite or breakfast and a gift shop and tours. Staff were lovely there too. Only small criticism, the wardrobes are very small. I appreciate that people only do short stays here. Bus stop right outside the door for city tours👍.
"A great hotel for a fair price."
We received a very warm welcome and the service was very good at all times. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and, if you wish, are cleaned every day. The hotel is really not far from the city and you can quickly reach various sights. A very good price-performance ratio.
