Dublin City Centre (The Liberties) hotel

Ideally located on the quieter side of Dublin, yet only a short walk from the city centre. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring all our family members were placed on the same floor. Our family room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with large beds and a powerful shower. However, my mother-in-law's room had small pieces of paper scattered across the floor, suggesting it had not been thoroughly vacuumed before our arrival. Breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options and was excellent value for money. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for families visiting Dublin

No fridge, no conditioner, no lotion, and no iron in room. You can get an iron and board but you will pick it up at the front desk and lug to your room. AC in room keeps turning off after a few hours. The shower tub is so high, we fell a few times getting out. The staff is definitely two stars as well, lots of odd interactions. And no way you’re checking in early, even if they do advertise early check in with fee, the staff hide until 3:00 exactly not a second sooner. guest left standing and sleeping in the lobby. Positives, accommodating to food allergies , bed was comfortable, lots of hot water, full sized hair dryer, breakfast full spread was nice and all coffee options, and the area was nice and quiet as well as the halls.

Good location, poorly managed, Breakfast service was terrible not enough food being prepared and cooked so constantly waiting to have a breakfast also previous guests plates not being cleared so had to clear tables our selves not impressed very poor

We had a one-night stop-over in Dublin, and wanted somewhere straightforward to stay, in easy walking distance of the Guinness Storehouse. As it turned out, I broke my ankle before the trip, and was on crutches while staying here. I was able to contact Premier Inn's accessibility desk a few days in advance, and they switched us to an accessible room. Of everywhere I stayed this trip, this hotel had the most comprehensive accessibility features. There were lots of grab rails in the bathroom, and a good shower seat, plus a sink that would be easy to roll up to. The bathroom and the bedroom both had emergency cords. When I accidentally jostled one, a front desk staff member showed up right away. However, the hotel has several internal doors that have to be accessed by key card, and don't have automatic open buttons. On crutches, I needed my wife to open the doors for me, and I imagine I'd have at least as much difficulty opening them on my own if I was in a wheelchair. There was a cabinet with extra pillows and, I think, towels, which I also could not reach on my own. On the whole, we had a very comfortable stay, and the staff were lovely. It was the most expensive night of our two-week trip, but the prices do seem to be in keeping with what's available in Dublin.

Good location. Right atmosphere, normal room but good beds. But the people who works here is EXCELLENT. Thanks to all of them.
