"Always a good stay in the Liberties"
Great location - within walking distance of the city centre and there's a bus stop across the road. Tesco Express at the back of the building. Comfortable room with a good shower Check-in staff couldn't be nicer - shout out to Seán for being so accommodating on arrival and remembering us from a.previous stay, and to Alex for helping with bags and buses the next morning. We always enjoy staying here.
"Restaurant completely ruins the comfort and reputation of the hotel, low-quality food, slow and unwilling staff."
A nice renovated/nee hotel, and that’s where the positives end. Breakfast and dinner were an absolute disappointment—dinner made from semi-finished products with endlessly long service. We had dinner included in the price, but the fact that the restaurant was empty was already suspicious, and after waiting an hour and 40 minutes it was clear why. With the cheesecake they brought us a soup spoon, claiming that this is normal here. And then, instead of a surcharge, despite our warning, they didn’t charge us the full amount. Of course, we immediately canceled it, so both the service and food quality mean NEVER AGAIN—disappointment and disgust.
"Great location & lovely staff, Glen was super helpful!"
We stayed just one night and had a really nice experience. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was ideal for getting around the city. We didn’t have much interaction with staff until the next morning, but Glen at checkout was great – really friendly and helped us with storing our bags and giving directions for where we were heading. Made everything feel easy, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again for another short trip!
