    "Generally a good choice"
Considering the shocking general price of Dublin hotels, this was do-able at least and the breakfast deals in the restaurant for kids was a draw. It was clean, modern and had nice basics. It was hot to sleep in though as a/c seemed restricted and windows didn’t open, which makes a stay harder to rate better. A comfortable sleep is the main hotel need. Also, a few staff weren’t the friendliest, others were very nice.
"Perfect base for young family exploring"
We stayed at the Premier Inn North Docklands in Dublin for 3 nights as a family of four (two adults and our 5- and 6-year-old kids), and had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The location was ideal — quiet yet well-connected. It was easy to reach the city centre and nearby attractions via the Luas, which was just a short walk away. The area felt safe and modern, perfect for a family trip. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for all of us. The kids loved having their own beds and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like blackout curtains and powerful showers — small things that make a big difference when travelling with little ones! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to breakfast service, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. Speaking of breakfast — it was excellent! Plenty of choice for both adults and kids, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. The kids especially enjoyed the Nutella pancakes and the complimentary colouring packs. A very special mention to each staff member covering the breakfast shift each day as they made my children feel seen and important. Particularly when my youngest found being sat at a different table very stressful, staff members came to check in on us and offered suggestions to make it less stressful for him. This was so reassuring and it was a judgement free zone. Overall, this was a perfect base for exploring Dublin as a young family. We parked at the National College of Ireland the entire stay and that was a very reasonable €66! We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city with children.
"Close to centre, new and clean but stuffy rooms."
Great location only 5 minutes from the city centre by tram. The hotel felt new, fresh and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the windows can’t be opened and the AC didn’t help much - making the room very warm and stuffy. In stead of wanting to stay in bed and relax in the morning you feel like you have to rush outside only to be able to breathe. If you can live without fresh air it’s OK… Considering location and the fresh feel to the hotel it’s still good value for money.
    "Comfortable and spacious room."
The room was comfortable, it was spacious and had two chairs to sit on while in the room. The bed was a bit too high though. The bathroom was also spacious enough and had two places to hang the shower towels, and not just only one like many other hotels. A good place to stay if you don't mind taking the Luas, in 10 minutes you get to the city center.
    "Best sleep"
This summer 2025, we are traveling to 6 countries. 11 cities. We had the best sleep in this hotel. The bed is like our bed at home.
