    "Good,almost."
Great location for a concert, staff friendly.room adequate for needs.the only down side was trying to get a drink after concert even though there was a small queue at bar we were told bar was closed and refused drink.
"Pleasant stay just outside Dublin centre"
Stayed on a Sunday night and this modern hotel seemed relatively quiet. After an afternoon in Dublin city centre it is more or less a straight road eastwards from O'Connell Street, via Talbot Street and a 25 - 30 minute walk, so easy to get to. Check in staff were friendly and we were allocated a 'special needs' room on 4th floor. It was huge and had an adapted bathroom, which we didn't need, and all the usual PI furnishings. Beds comfy as usual. We booked breakfast during check in and the restaurant area is very pleasant. All you can eat breakfast was tasty and good value. Special mention to the young lad in the kitchen who asked how the day was going and hope we enjoyed our breakfast - nice touch. We were going to the airport in the morning and the Dublin Express bus stop at 3 Arena is a 5 - 10 minute walk from hotel. The receptionist kindly gave us directions and it was easy to find. If you're happy to be a bit out of the centre then this is a good option in Dublin.
    "Lovely hotel"
We traveled to Dublin for 5 days. Hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was a good size, and was cleaned every day. The location was good. A short walk to the tram stop. The tram ride was about 10 minutes in to the city.
    "Great Nights Sleep"
A perfect nights sleep, that truly is a home away from home, no worries and no hassles. Happy to recommend for a great stay
