"Excellent service, Clean and comfortable rooms, right beside 3Arena and Luas"
Great value stay in Dublin. Approximately a 4 minute walk from Luas Red Line Stop and 3Arena. Very friendly staff and really clean comfortable room. Goid selection at breakfast. Only downside was the length we had to wait after ordering dinner for the food to arrive - almost an hour. Otherwise was great.
      "Premier.....not so much"
First time staying in a Premier Inn, previously frequented holiday inns if I was going for this type of stay. Stayed for 4 nights with my 2 children aged 8 and 13. Room was ready at 1030am (we opted for early check-in 11am) which was a bonus though disappointed i couldn't request a late check out as our return flight is not until evening. Breakfast was ok. We requested to dine for dinner one night though and not enough help in the kitchen so unfortunately could not be accommodated. Beds are very comfortable and air conditioning was fantastic. What I was surprised about though was i requested for the room to be cleaned on the Wednesday but on return the bin had been emptied and some fresh towels but no beds made nor replacement coffee cups (which were dirty as had been used). I would not stay at a Premier Inn again. The WiFi was abysmal and coupled with the other small issues, it will be Holiday Inns in future.

This is our second time staying here as it’s great value for money, in a good location, is clean, has very comfy beds, and on one of our visits we had the breakfast which was delicious, and especially because as young women we felt safe staying here which was a huge bonus. We chose to book early check in, in advance by ringing which we found incredibly helpful as we were going to a concert that day, there is a fee which we didn’t mind paying for although the women at the desk tried to charge us nearly double the price of the room compared to what we had already booked and when we realised and asked to amend the issue she didn’t seem very happy to do so but we got sorted in the end and everything was ok. Although the next morning we were abruptly woken by housekeeping coming into our room 2 hours before check out, and then shortly after coming in they proceed to then knock twice at different times despite me putting the do not disturb sign on the door. As I am a housekeeper myself I understand the anticipation of waiting for rooms to check out but this isn’t something that you like to hear at 10am despite checkout not being until 12pm. If it was only the one time I would understand as you are just trying to gauge who has checked out but when it happed a further 2 times we found it very agitating especially after not getting to sleep until after 4am due to being at a concert the night before. Despite these minor issues we encountered I cannot fault this hotel it’s just that this isn’t something that we encountered on our first stay here and I think it’s something that may impact our future on deciding where to stay next time.
      "One night stay"
Comfy bed, clean rooms, great location and helpful staff. Great value too. Nice temperature in rooms. Great drinks selection in bar
