    "Great Nights Sleep"
A perfect nights sleep, that truly is a home away from home, no worries and no hassles. Happy to recommend for a great stay
    "Good experience"
Lovely large clean room. The staff were do kind and know the area well. Answered all my questions and were kind and helpful. Even provided some ice for me and me friend. Would recommend for the price.
    "Good for short stay."
The room was clean but small. It basically consisted of a bed, ensuite, 2 chairs and a desk. There were about 8-10 clothes hangers in a small space for your clothes, there was no other storage for clothes. We stayed 6 nights but the hotel would have been better for 1 or 2 nights as we were living out of our suitcases. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was also very good. The bar & restaurant were both good. Very hard getting parking spaces outside the hotel to unload your suitcases, only about 5 or 6 spaces are available and usually used.
"Good value for money - perfect for families"
Good value for money . Kids are free. Nice hotel, good breakfast You can walk to the center in 20 minutes. Friendly staff -
    "Not great at all."
I arrived at 14.40 and asked to check in, I was asked did I pay for early check in? I said, for less than 20 minutes? No, then I was told by the guy, he was not allowed to check anyone in til 3pm, fair. So I waited and then had to join a large queue to then not be checked in til roughly 3.30pm? During this time, there were no bar staff working to even get a coffee whilst waiting. We had meal deals booked, called reception around 5-5.30pm to book in and they kept picking up the phone, not saying anything and just leaving it on the desk, 3 times, we could hear them typing and talking. We then had to go downstairs to book in for dinner and ask why they were doing that with the phone, they apologised and said 'they usually say hello'. We would have been waited if they just answered and said sorry hold on please, we're a little busy at the moment. In the room, they advertise a 'strong shower', to me it was not strong, I would say no pressure at all. Would have been nice to have drinking water in the rooms. Booked a twin room but the second bed is just a sofa bed, be mindful of that. Breakfast was chaos, the toasters were not turned on so we could not toast our bread after putting them through the machine 15+ times, there was no fruit left, the hot food was cold, we ordered poached eggs and they were hard. Maybe everyone at that time had a bad experience cause people were so rude during the breakfast service, pushing past and butting in to get food, there was no queuing etiquette at all.
