    "Not great"
On our last evening we decided to eat in the restaurant as we had been at the zoo all day and were tired. We came down for dinner at approx 6.45pm only to be told the chef had gone home and the restaurant was closed. He must have left not long before as there were people still eating in the restaurant. Breakfast service in the morning was shocking. The staff who were working were run off their feet and unable to keep up with replenishing food and cleaning tables. All in all this hotel seem to be cutting staff to the very bare minimum and it’s ruining the hotel.
    "Manager assistance"
The manager Haroun has been one of the most efficient and professional person I ever met. Very helpful in every situation. Thanks
    "No AC or baby mattress"
Air conditioning was broken in our room and - even though we told multiple times that they’d reset it and it would be working shortly - it never worked for our whole trip. They did bring us up a fan eventually but our room was never cooler than 23 degrees. Also we asked for a baby travel cot but when it came it didn’t have a mattress (aside from the hard base that comes along with it). Receptionist told me multiple times that he was going to bring us a mattress but claimed he was very busy - when I went down to reception to complain he was standing chatting to his colleague - no guests in reception. Mattress never came despite repeat requesting it - we ended up just fashioning a mattress out of towels for the duration of our stay.
"Good accomodation but restaurant severely lacking!!"
Good room, good service, friendly atmosphere but avoid the restaurant for evening meal!! No items on menu, extremely slow service, courses brought out in wrong order and a meal served with maybe 12 chips!!
    "Excelent location"
The location of the hotel is not far from city center, neither from the bus ore railway stations, in a quiet area with almost no car traffic. Fair breakfast with excelent coffee and local products. Also, the rooms are isolated very good, no sound comes from other ones. Kind staff - we did not had to interact too much.
