      "Great hotel"
I stayed here with my 3 children on a family trip to Dublin. It’s just a 10 minute walk to temple bar and was easy to find. America the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and it was very quiet inside and outside the hotel. We had breakfast was really good and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
"Hotel full of scammers- they will lie and try to nickel and dime you"
It’s a fine hotel and you certainly get what you pay for, but the staff were some of the rudest and biggest scammers we have ever encountered. The hotel emailed us saying we could check in at 11 a.m., but when we arrived around noon we were told we’d have to pay a fee for “early check in” and that check in was actually at 3. When we tried to tell them they emailed us saying otherwise they denied it and even went as far as saying the email wasn’t from them (it was, and it didn’t mention an early check in fee). They then told us the check in time was listed on their website, which it is not. They refused to say why they would email us incorrect information and solely referred to information that seemingly does not exist on their website. They were being very rude so we left. When we later returned to check in at 4:50 (nearly 2 hours after when they told us check in was) we were told check in is actually at 5 p.m. The receptionist made it seem like she was doing us a huge favor by “waiving” the early check in fee, but there shouldn’t have been a fee to begin with given they emailed us saying we could check in at 11 a.m! Overall an incredibly frustrating experience and I have to imagine the hotel’s constantly changing check in times is just a way to scam even more money out of tired tourists. It’s just bad business. We will not be using this chain again and we will be warning others against them as well.
"Comfortable hotel but unlikely to book again."
Had a disappointing experience even though there was nothing wrong with the hotel per se. The bad: We complained about the shower head leaking and that it was shooting out water and it wet the vanity/sink area so much that my belongings and floor were all wet. Reported to duty manager in the early morning but it was still not fixed by end of day. The door area light was also not working and we complained about it for 2 mornings and still nothing was done about it. There are also no toiletries (except body wash/shampoo) provided so luckily I had brought my own toothbrush. The bath tub is higher than it looks, so be careful when getting out of it, wished there was a warning sign. Good security as room card was needed in the loft to get to the rooms The good: Bed was very comfortable and there are a few wall plugs in the room including one with usb socket at the bed, which was extremely useful. Most staff are so kind and very helpful. I thought the breakfast spread was good value.
      "Terrible staff"
Stayed with friends for Zach Bryan, Upon arrival I got told parking was a 30 minute walk and ask the receptionist is there anywhere closer and she said “I really do not care that much to look” which I thought very unprofessional, We booked a family room and where denied the room because they were 3 adults but only 2 in a room with the beds and told us tough luck. We then had to pay 250 euro extra on top of our already 135 euros which I think is disgraceful, Sadly it wasn’t only us having problems at the desk and staff where turning away a woman with 2 of her nieces. Will never stay again
      "Birthday in dublin"
Stayed here for our wedding anniversary and wife's birthday and had a really great stay. Hotel is really close to the centre - temple bar/ trinity college and all main shopping areas are only 10mins walk We got to choose our room which was fairly large , bed was so comfortable We had breakfast there all week which always fresh and hot with plenty of chose from. What really made our stay so special was the staff. Every staff member we spoke to was so friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. We had gone out to watch riverdance for my wife's birthday and when we got back to our room we found it had been decorated and had presents and a drink for my wife to celebrate. Thank you so much Amy, it made our stay so memorable and will definitely stay here again
