    "Great staff"
    Great experience with friendly staff. Haroun was incredible from the moment we checked in until the moment we left the property. He was extremely helpful with guides around Dublin and recommending restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next stay here.

    We stayed one night. The hotel was spotless, room spacey and very quiet, bed extremely comfortable, staff very pleasant. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Great location close to the city centre. All round an excellent stay, would not hesitate to check-in here again.
    "Beware of Booking Price Scam"
    *DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL* I booked my stay earlier this year, the hotel canclled my hotel a couple of weeks ago with no instruction from me. I immediately called to rectify this, however when my booking was reinstated, the price of the room had increased by €50. An absolute disgrace. Furthermore, the staff on the desk at check-in refused to assist in my enquiry, and simply stated they had nothing to do with the price of the room, and that I had no choice but to pay the increased amount. Room was clean, bathroom facitilities were also clean and of a decent standard. I would not be recommending this hotel due to the poor nature of the booking and check-in experience.

    This hotel has a nicely renovated lobby and restaurant. The rooms are not great but the bathrooms are nice - except the bathtub is treacherous! Breakfast is good but other meals in the restaurant were not. All the staff were great. Location is convenient.
