    "Warm and Lovely People"
The staff were lovely, warm and friendly. The complimentary chocolates and bottle of wine in the room was a nice gesture. The location, while not attractive was convenient enough. However I found the room was hot and smelled musty. Cleaning staff came in every day and changed the bath mat and towels (even tho I had hung them up) but did not clean the toilet or remove dirty dishes. And when booking I chose to include breakfasts. However, on day 2 of my stay I booked tours that required I leave too early for breakfast. I notified the front desk who explained they could not reimburse me directly, I had to contact guest-relations for that and getting in touch with guest-relations has been pert near impossible.
"Great Lodging in a area close to City Centre Dublin"
I had a very pleasant stay here at this Premier Inn, I was a solo traveler and stayed here for 3 nights. It’s in a good location overall, within a 15-20 minutes to Trinity College which is what I was looking for and close to the quay. A few blocks over around Pearse the neighborhood is a little shady at night but honestly I felt okay as a single man walking through it — and during the day is fine. Just seems to be a patch because around it feels very safe. (Disclosure, I also live in urban areas so I have a fair amount of tolerance for rough neighborhoods). The hotel is excellent, rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast is great, I did not purchase it in advance but I had the continental breakfast. They give you the option of full or continental. Staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.
"Good located hotel with friendly staff"
Great location. Super friendly staff. Lovely young lady Maria took care of us during breakfast times. Organising taxi rides for us. 100%recommend it to anyone who visiting Dublin.
