      "Excellent"
Location and Staff brilliant. Loved our stay here. Rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. Hotel was busy which is always a good sign! We will be back.
      "Wonderful staycation!"
Our family of four was very comfortable in this hotel. Our girls are young teenagers so could wheel their own luggage from the car park to the hotel, which is a few minutes away across a busy street. There are spaces around the hotel if you need to drop people and luggage off though and parking is quite reasonably priced. The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was plentiful and our girls enjoyed their dinner here. We weren’t to hungry so had soup and prawn cocktail which was yummy. The room was spacious for the 4 of us. We had a bath which our girls love. Staff are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Cork and the Premier Inn and would stay here again! Thanks to everyone who looked after us during our visit.
      "Location good cleaning not"
The only good thing about this hotel is the location i dint even really mind the car parking situation but cleaning isn't the strong point of this hotel neither is having enough staff on, we arrived on a Saturday that night I noticed that 1 of the toilets in the ladies toilets was in need of a clean well by the Monday it still wasn't cleaned so I said to a member of staff about it an when I checked a few hrs later it still was not cleaned from Saturday-Monday! The tables and the floor in the lounge and restaurant area were left sticky from the night, they definitely need to have 1 extra staff member on in the evening time when it is busy each evening there was only 3 members of staff on to cover the reception the bar area and the restaurant this was not sufficient and led to people having at each place waiting a period of time to be served, and when u are paying a price for everything you shouldn't have to wait that long.
      "No car pack"
No car park not good and you have to go to a car park 5 minutes drive 10 minutes walk back to the hotel ,.....................
      "Overall, a good experience"
We spent a week at this hotel. Excellent location, easy walk into the city. Clean, welcoming, and excellent service from the staff. Good breakfasts in the restaurant. But we were surprised to find a lack of Braille for visually impaired people; the lifts might have voice announcements, but they are no help in finding the correct buttons.
