    "Great weekend"
In the centre near everywhere & walking distance to everywhere Comfortable bed great breakfast comfortable reception
    "Great hotel for the price"
This was a great stay for the price. I've stayed in all types of hotels throughout Ireland and this was specifically for the Cirk Folk Festival. The price was very affordable, the breakfast was separate from the room rate but was adequate and affordable. The room was very clean and spacious and quiet. It had everything I needed and refills of tea, etc were available. The bar was fine and opened til a decent hour. The lobby has plenty of sitting areas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
    "Great value for the location"
Stayed here for 3 nights during the Cork Folk Festival. Good price for the location, convenient to walk to shops or the Grand Parade. Very friendly staff. I was able to check in early for an extra 15€. Rooms are spacious, no wash cloths for those from the US, shower gel and hand wash provided. Beds are comfy, pretty firm. We got the full breakfast each day for another ~14€ and everything was good. LGBTQ friendly. The bar stays open fairly late too. Good value for the price.
"💯 stay here will definitely be back"
Definitely will be back, perfect location, checking in was strictly at 3 which did create a small que. Not alot of storage but adequate for a single. Staff really nice & helpful. 13 50 for hotel buffet breakfast is ok... you would need a science degree to use the shower... this overall for the price is perfect.
    "It’s A Disaster!"
I only rated this hotel with 1 because there was no zero! We had reservations for a couple weeks at this hotel and arrived at 3:30 PM today October 4. There was no electricity. So we waited it out went for a walk, had dinner, arrived back at the hotel at 8:30. Still no electric. No water in the rooms, no lights in the room except the emergency light. No elevators, no services. They said it would be fixed soon, it’s now 9pm. But they didn’t know if the water pressure would reach the top floors. I travel with the medical device. And climbing 3 to 4 flights of stairs? No toilet, no water 😳 AND what if there’s a fire? At dinner we learned from local folks this hotel often has problem. Old electric. We opted to find another hotel. DON’T TRUST THIS HOTEL!
