    "Waste of time"
Place was awful. Rooms not cleaned even although we requested that they were cleaned. No tea bags, no coffee and no milk as well as no wi-fi. Ordered tea at restaurant and was advised it would be delivered to room but unfortunately never brought to room.
    "Ideal for a short break"
Convenient, friendly and fine view of the river where there are otters. Not so far from the airport bus and good restaurants/shops.
    "No WiFi, poor cleaning"
No WiFi was a real issue as I needed to work. Cleanliness was questionable, hairs in bathroom, carpet hadn't been hoovered. Tea coffee hadn't been replenished. Room smelt weird and was very warm, couldn't put temp down anymore.
    "Not the best"
This is the 2nd time we stayed here but we’ll try somewhere else next time. Although the staff were generally friendly and helpful the room was disappointing. We paid a good amount of money for a family room which was basically a double room with 2 extra beds squeezed in. No extra storage at all, the rail and 1 drawer is completely inadequate for a family room hosting 4 people. Also the room wasn’t particularly clean. The toilet basin was dirty and there were water/toiletry product marks along the edges and corners of the bathroom where it hadn’t been mopped properly. No hot food was served for breakfast until nearly 10am on Sunday 07.09. Also we asked for an iron and waited over an hour then had to ask again before one was brought to our room.
"Personal possession left in my room"
Every thing was very good. Except I left a piece of expensive equipment. I could not speak to a human just an automated receptionist I sent several emails and got no response I live in Rosslare if I did not have a friend that lived in Cork I would not have been able to retrieve my personal possession Trish Phelan
