Cork City Centre hotel

The hotel was in a great location, close to the city centre, buses and trains. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with high quality products. The staff (particularly Ross), were excellent and could not have been more helpful, giving us tips for places to visit and directions for public transport (despite being very busy).

Was booked in by work for thee nights. I've been to a lot of Premier Inns and this was very typical - not brilliant but good size and clean room. The staff were excellent; helpful and friendly. Main downside was that this was the first Premier Inn I've stayed in where the mattress was really poor. It was sagging and unsupportive especially on one side. Clearly old and needing replacement. Left me with a very stiff back

Hotel is in a very good location and right now there is a renovation of bridge and road in front of hotel, but in my room no noise from that. Room comfortable and had a haridryer.

We stayed here for three nights. It's a great location, though unfortunately one of the roads leading to it was under construction while we were there. But everything was easily walkable. The room was huge and the beds comfy, with great air conditioning and ample plugins. One critique I would have would be about the bathroom towels. There was only one large towel in the room. I understand about the environment but when there's two people in the room I think two human-size towels should be expected. We had breakfast here twice, which was decent. Wifi could be a bit spotty. Overall would stay again.

For the price, location and standard of this hotel, I'd highly recommend. We stayed for two nights. We were greeted by very friendly staff who were willing to help and answer our questions. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets and good quality pillows. There was a good TV with plenty of channels and air con in the room. Towels were provided and we were given the option to reuse or request new towels each day if needed. There was decent quality hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom which was perfectly clean and sparkling on arrival. We had breakfast one of the mornings. Husband had the hot cooked breakfast and said it was great. I had the continental which was just what I needed. Breakfast is unlimited so there's plenty on offer and it's regularly topped up. I noticed that staff were utilised for helping with the dining and bar areas. I guess this helps with keeping costs down. The Premier Inn suited our needs entirely. Staff work tirelessly and can be heard engaging and chatting with guests with enthusiasm. Thanks for a great stay. I highly recommend and would definitely book again..
