      "No car pack"
No car park not good and you have to go to a car park 5 minutes drive 10 minutes walk back to the hotel ,.....................
      "Overall, a good experience"
We spent a week at this hotel. Excellent location, easy walk into the city. Clean, welcoming, and excellent service from the staff. Good breakfasts in the restaurant. But we were surprised to find a lack of Braille for visually impaired people; the lifts might have voice announcements, but they are no help in finding the correct buttons.
"Premier stay in the Premier Inn"
Very nice rooms, comfortable and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, very happy with the stay and good value for money. The staff seemed a little bit under pressure but overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would love to stay here again.
"Needs more attention to Breakfast area and food supply"
The hotel is absolutely fine but the breakfast location, space and set up is utter chaos and the female staff member was extremely rude and arrogant. Not enough food or space for people to have a leisurely breakfast. It was quite stressful for something that was supposed to be relaxing as it had been prebooked. The food wasn’t replenished enough or regularly so it was as if you were lucky to be at the hot counter when all the food items were there. Way too small for the demand and not efficient in managing people or food. I was told that a cup was a glass when I asked was there any clean glasses for juice and when I said that’s a cup the female attendant just rudely told me to use it and didn’t make any move to replenish the glasses. She did the same to another person on my second morning. She was too busy talking to the chef. Disappointing as I choose premier inns for their rooms and the normally good breakfast.
      "Affordable"
You pay for what you get. I was surprised how well Premier Inn make it more affordable to have a pleasant stay at a great price.
