"Premier Inn Cork"
I would highly recommend the Premier Inn, Morrisons Quay for any trip to Cork for its value, location, service and extremely friendly staff.

"Excellent hotel"
Lovely hotel, staff polite and pleasant, rooms clean, location is perfect for a few days here. Restaurant was closed due to a group booking, however they managed to accommodate us because we had bought the meal deal. We would definitely choose this hotel again when coming back here.

"Do not go to Premier Inn Cork"
We stayed there for 3 nights. Around 10am, we called and asked for our room to be cleaned and the one in reception said that it is going to be cleaned in the afternoon but when we arrived around 6:30pm it was not clean, the bed was not made, the bins are not changed and the towels was not changed at all. So I called many times that night to reception ( you have to call like 10x before they answer) a girl answered and I asked them to clean our room and told them that I called early in the morning to do it but no one come up. I asked for our bed sheets to be changed but she said they are not changing the bedsheets not after 5 nights of stay which is so ridiculous. This is the only Premier Inn that does this. All the Premier Inn in Ireland that I went to cleans it everyday even the one in Belfast. The staff here in Premier Inn Cork are so rude as well most especially the small girl in reception( not the one with coloured hair). We are not going to stay in any Premier Inn next time we go on holidays. It is better to go to a nice hotel and there is not that much of a difference.

"The Good, The Bad and the Ugly."
Our stay was extremely disappointing, and we left feeling both disgusted and frustrated.
The lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel was unacceptable. The front entrance was filthy. While we appreciate that road maintenance and upgrade works are taking place outside, that is no excuse for such poor standards of cleanliness at the main entrance.
The lifts were also dirty, but the carpets in the hallways leading to our room (Room 336) were by far the worst aspect of our stay. They were absolutely disgusting—heavily stained, dirty, and giving off an unpleasant smell. It created a terrible first impression every time we walked to and from our room and is simply not what anyone should expect from a hotel.
We also requested an additional hand towel, but despite asking, it never arrived. While this may seem like a small issue, it reflected the overall lack of attention to guests and poor service.
The most upsetting part of our stay was being woken at 2.30 a.m. by the fire alarm. It was a frightening and distressing experience. We were later informed that it had apparently been caused by guests smoking in their room. If that was indeed the case, we cannot understand why the alarm resulted in the disturbance of the entire hotel rather than being contained to the affected area, if such a response was possible.
Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The poor standards of cleanliness, lack of follow-through on a simple request, and the distress caused during the night meant that our stay fell far below the standard we expected. We certainly did not receive the quality of accommodation or service that we had paid for.
The only good part of our stay was the Breakfast. Excellent.

"Beware the cleaning policy"
Beware the hotel has a policy not to clean rooms until check out. If a bathroom clean is needed it is not enough to simply ask for a room clean, you have to ask for a ‘full bathroom clean’. Apparently a room clean is simply refreshing amenities. I would no longer book Premier inn for longer syays
