"Get some more staff ye miserable c£%%s"
Nightmare from start to finish.
Carpark 5 minute walk away
Forgot to validate ticket as was running late was charged 45 quid for the nights parking.
Waiting 10 mins to check in.
Reception isnt occupied ever.
Waiting at bar every time for service. Bar staff are cleaning. Waiters. Receptionist.
Room door wouldn't open. New key card.
Batteries needed in remote. Small screw keeping sliding piece closed.
Hairdryer not working for missus.
Tried ringing Reception 4 or 5 times. Never an answer.
Breakfast cold.
No room service when requested
I look a bitter git but I never leave a review but if you want torture here is the place

"Premier Inn not taking responsibility"
We booked a package through last minute.com for flights and a stay in the Premier Inn.
When we arrived our booking couldnt be processed and we couldn’t check in. We were told it was our responsibility to contact last minute.com and there was nothing they would do.
We had to wait 3 hours with 2 kids tired from the journey and stressed despite proof of payment and check in details.
They would not contact last minute themselves.
We were so upset with our experience and it ruined the start of our holiday. We couldn’t relax and make plans as we weren’t sure whether we could get the accommodation we had paid for.
When we finally heard back from last minute they said it was hotel error and had been sorted so we finally checked in and had an exhausted meal in the hotel restaurant as we were all wiped out. No apologies or anything.
We have contacted Premier Inn and because we have a last minute booking reference - they won’t help. This is through WhatsApp chat and the guest relations form. Useless.
Beware! Do not book through a third party as they will not help you.

"Way below the standard of other Premier Inns"
We were staying for 4 nights, on the day after arrival we flagged to the Manager that there was a lot of hair from previous guests almost blocking the washbasin outlet. He responded by saying that they are not a 5 star hotel and if you want the room cleaned you have to request it. He the said he would find a way if there was staff to do it. Nothing happened, so on day three we spoke with Reception who advised that we put a sign out requesting the room be cleaned which we did. After a day sightseeing we returned to the Hotel at around 1545 to discover that nothing had happened. We noticed a housekeeper (Amanda) cleaning rooms on our floor, we spoke to her and discovered that despite the clean room sign we were not scheduled to have it cleaned. My husband went to reception to discover that it was 20 deep in new guests checking in and hence was unable to lodge a formal complaint about the situation.
In addition to the above what we also found when we went to breakfast was that there were many guests, with lots of spillages of liquids which made the floor sticky and no sign of any attempt to clean it up. A new dish of red fruit was used to add to a yoghurt bowl on attempting to eat them it was found to be frozen solid and lastly the coffee mug was badly chipped on the lip but still in use.
We have previously used a number of other Premier Inns in places like Leeds and Lowestoft for short trips and never have we found them less than spotless with great facilities. This place needs a major shake up of the processes in place as it is apparent that it falls way below the standards of other Premier Inns we have used

"Disappointed customer here.."
We booked online as a couple. When we arrived in our room, we have 1 double bed, 1 single and 1 folding bed.
We always knocked our toes in any of the bed as there were no space to manuever around.
The sink in the bathroom was full of hair strands and was greasy, the shower curtain was smelly.
The cleaners did not come to tidy nor empty the bin everyday. I asked one of the staff yesterday and the gentleman said, they are not a five star hotel that does cleaning everyday, you need to request. I replied to him saying that we always stay in Premier Inn and everyday they come to tidy up the room unless we put sign at the door. He said he will find a way if there is any staff to do it. The day has gone, nothing happened. This morning, before we went out, I spoke to the receptionist and asked if our room can be tidy up today? I shown her my lists of what needs doing, and she took a picture and said she will tell them ,( I dont know whose them).
When we returned this afternoon, about passed 1500, nothong happened. I saw a lady cleaning one of the room and asked if our room number is on her lists. She said it was not in her list so i need to call the reception to ask.
We choose Premier Inn because we trust you. But what is happening now put us off to stay with you again.

"Great Location"
Great Location, very clean, great beds and from what food we had (pizza) was lovely.
Had issue with the room on night one and got moved with no issues. Staff were lovely. Hard workers as looked short staffed.
