"Nightmare"
Went at 6.30 just for some food and a drink when passing..after waiting for over 5 mins to get seated then realised that the person standing at the bar shouting and carrying on was actually a staff member..the entire bar staff were having more fun and carryon than the customers they were meant to be looking after.shouting about who took who's glass of wine..by far the worst experience of eating out in my entire life...need a major clearout of non interested staff and start again...
"Why was air conditioning turned off?"
Air conditioning was turned off at night The night porters said he did not do it I woke in a sweat at 2am. I had to go out to my car to cool off

Check-in was smooth ( we don’t like carpark cards etc but that’s our opinion) Our room was on first floor - corridors are very warm. Room was really clean tidy and spacious. Bathroom was great. And yes we had a great nights sleep! Breakfast (hot) was also spot on and to be honest better than I was expecting. Love the doors that open automatically- great idea. Thanks to all staff and I’d definitely stay again!
"Not child friendly"
The hotel is not child friendly, food is terrible and staff extremely rude in the restaurant. I would not recommend and will never stay again.
"Don’t go anywhere near this place if you want to have a good time"
Just stayed in the worst hotel I have ever stayed in we got insulted by staff we had a meal that was the worst meal I have ever had we were told to take our children out at 9 30 which we did
