Derry / Londonderry hotel

This visit gave me a little hope that Premier Inn are actually trying to maintain strangers that soar to have dropped over the last year or so. Great experiences like this one have become rare. Upon check in the divine was warm and friendly, the service in the restaurant was swift, assured and again very caring. I missed the new Irish additions to the evening menu by a day, but breakfast was a revelation. The waiter, Sam continued the theme of 'warm welcome' and was proudly explaining the new menu, and rightly so. Perfectly seasoned Irish sausages (not the soft ones you might be thinking of!) gorgeous bacon, soda bread, both black and white pudding and even down to the sliced bread (the granary bread toasted and tasted much better than the standard Premier Inn wholemeal offering). All in all a great place to stay - RECOMMEND! 😊

Hey Premier Inn Derry/ Londonderry!! I stayed for several weeks last year and again this year. Every week the rooms are consistent, you know what you are getting. I have stayed in a mixture of the standard and Premier Plus rooms and both are qually as good but I do like the Plus rooms just a little more :) I usually buy the continental breakfast in addition to my stay and the breakfast team including chef Lo are super friendly and accommodating. Everything is set up very well for a great breakfast experience. I also eat in the restaurant in the evening and again the team Stephanie and Chef David go above and beyond. A few times I have requested to bring my meal to my room and this has been no problem with everything set out perfectly for me on a tray with sauces included. The food is always consistently good, best burger in town. 😋 Reception staff are also very pleasant and always ask on check out if everything was ok. Thank you so much, I will see you all again in February.

Fantastic experience at this Premier Inn. It is located quite a while away from the city and the main attractions and venues, but we booked cabs easily and they were so cheap and the taxi drivers were so friendly. Our room seemed almost new, it was very clean and the decor was modern. The shower was wonderful. The staff were super helpful and lovely and the buffet breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this hotel!

From checking in to check out, the staff were friendly and helpful, excellent service throughout my stay. My room was very clean and had the usual tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a buffet style with a lot to choose from. Despite being on the edge of a housing estate and next to a fuel station, there was absolutely no noise. This hotel is great value for money. The only drawback is that you will need your own transport (the hotel has a fairly big car park) or use the bus service to access the city.

The Premier Inn in Derry was an absolute pleasure to go to for my first visit to the city. From the moment I arrived till I left I was treated so good by the staff at this lovely place. The staff were amazing so friendly but not in your face (always checking with you). They greeted us in the morning for breakfast showed us where everything was and then left us to it. The same at dinner time. The food in this establishment must of been cooked by a Michelin star chef as it was unbelievable exquisite. Packed full with flavour leaving you wanting more. And as for desserts mouth watering absolutely delicious. The rooms were big and had everything I required. Kettle, mimi fridge, iron,hairdryer you name it they had it. I requested a fan and one was brought straight to the room without any hassle. The money was well spent on this accommodation. Clean,fresh,lovely smell,I couldn't find anything wrong with this establishment. The dynamics of your staff is amazing from the moment you enter till you leave. Please don't change your staff in this premises as they were so lovely. From the moment we entered we were treated first class and I would highly recommend this place over and over again. For my first time ever in Derry I was so pleased that we went here .
