"Excellent stay"
The room was spot on and very tidy with good helpful staff in my life. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spot on and clean especially the bathroom was looking stylish and great. The parking was great to park to stayover. The petrol station isn’t far to get food their with drinks
"Superb"
Superb After a couple of poor experiences at other P/inns (Liverpool West Derby and Birmingham Bridge Street) Derry-Londonderry was the usual exceptional quality and VFM Plus rooms definately worth extra Staff all lovely as indeed are all the Derry Londonderry people I encountered  Hopefully returning to watch Derry City FC and some GAA Hurling/Football
"Good but could be better"
Great value for money overall, The FREE Wi-fi is absolutely useless, obviously on purpose as they offer a premium Wi-Fi service that you can pay for Windows dont open in the room and was 23 degrees, only option is air-con which isnt great for the sinuses as air con needed to be on all day
"Great service from Sam"
Excellent stay really looked after my mum. Sam on reception was a gem with his advice and recommendations of where to go and what to see. He also helped us out where to eat and great places to stay on our visit many thanks again!! Best premier inn we have visited.
"Good location"
Hotel is clean and in a good location. Only annoyance was that on both a Saturday night and Sunday night bar was shut at 10pm. Really annoying and unusual that you couldn't get a drink at the hotel at 10. Apart from that it was fine. You have to drive or get a taxi to get anywhere
