Lisburn hotel

Most comfortable bed and exceptional service. The team Steven , Elina, Kerri and the rest of the staff have made our experience seem like a home away from home as we have been staying at the Premier Inn Lisburn every month for the last 2 years whilst my wife attended a training course for a weekend each month. Feeling sad that this course has now come to an end.

Stayed here at the start of June and I have to say it was a great stay. Food was great and so was the service. Beds are comfortable and the food is tasty. Free parking if your staying in the hotel is a bonus as others I have stayed at before charged. We will definitely be returning one again.

Perfect rest stop to get recharged & set up for the next day. High quality accomodation and helpful,friendly staff. Spotlessly clean hotel,including the bedroom. A key card system is employed on the corridor access which adds reassurance. Their breakfasts are the only meal you will need all day!

On arrival at check in I was greeted by a sour faced young lady who was not happy to be doing her job but happy enough to be on her phone. Anyways eventually we got checked in and made our way to our room. The room was mediocre, clean looking but the bed was disgusting, a brown stain on the duvet which I can hope was coffee and not from someone’s backside. An alright nights sleep with a nice view of the river Lagan to wake up too. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the morning. Breakfast was very disappointing. No cooked breakfast, only cereal and toast. The hotel staff at breakfast said that this was due to having no chefs available to cook breakfast. Once breakfast was over we continued on with our day and visited the Titanic museum in Belfast. We got back in time for dinner service. Again very disappointed. The menu presented was on an A4 sheet of paper with very limited options. Food was disgusting. Do not train the dinner chef to cook breakfast just close the kitchen down completely until you find someone who can actually cook. When I complained I was given attitude by a young gentleman server. Do not stay in this hotel. An email to head management will follow.

A lovely comfy clean hotel. The food was excellent. The staff well what can I say.... They are AMAZING... Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the friendliest,funniest and kindest staff we have come across. We have been here for a week and will be sad to say goodbye to them all. Thank you all so much you are all suck hard workers.
