"Poor overall stay at Premier inn."
We spent 4 nights in Lisburn. Very poor service at breakfast day one. Day 2 we requested room to be serviced. It was not done. We requested clean towels gentleman was very helpful and apologised for room not cleaned. Another family with 3 children were in the restaurant 2hrs before they got finally got their desserts (they only had 3courses). There was an extremely long delay between our 2 courses that we were thankful to have ludo to play and it also helped entertain the other family. We ordered one dessert and 2 coffees only ...one coffee arrived and I had to go to the bar and ask for someone to get it. Day 4 leaving breakfast cooked breakfast looked better... but we asked for some water for our water bottles and the waitress said " i suppose you want all of those filled" . Day 3 room was serviced...we had less towels provided and toilet was not addressed at all.
"Excellent Bed-And-Breakfast Experience!"
My mother and I stayed in the Premier Inn, Lisburn, as part of an overnight trip to visit Hillsborough Castle and Gardens in July 2025. The experience was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! The check-in process was simple and the receptionist on duty was friendly and informative. Our room was newly refurbished, and was spacious and very clean. The ability to control the heating in our room was a great addition. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, and found both to be delicious and great value. There were also many vegetarian and vegan options, which was wonderful to see. We were very happy with the service we received at the hotel, and the price of the bed and breakfast package was exceptional. We will definitely return and thank you to all!
"Filthy food, filthy rooms"
Me and my family had a reasonable stay at Premier Inn Lisburn until my son flipped his pillow and found a half eaten steak piece. This is very unhygienic and unacceptable at the price I paid for the room especially considering I had to wait 2 hours to check in due to “system” error. Housekeeping clearly aren’t doing their jobs to ensure rooms are cleaned for new guests. I will definitely not be using Premier inn ever again and an email to the health inspectors and head office will follow.
"Lovely experience"
Food was good with meal offer.hotel clean, linen lovely, wifi great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will stay at a Premier Inn again.
"A lovely hotel that is looked after by its staff"
Have stayed here now several times and like being here partly due to its location on the outskirts of the small city of Lisburn which is about nine miles from Belfast. All of the staff and I wish could name them all are excellent at their jobs from the cleaning staff to management do a fantastic role and ever so friendly. Staying here is very close to Sprucefield retail park only about half a mile up the road and the other part can be accessed by walking a short way up Bliars Road, turning left onto the wooded track which is used for cycling or walking.By following the right hand side track ,it takes you along the River Lagan which takes you into Lisburn or if you wish to Belfast through some densely wooded areas in lovely peace and tranquility. Some parts of the River Lagan was part of the Lagan canal unfortunately now dewatered and derelict but you can still find relics of a bygone transport system from the 1800's. Lisburn city centre has a very good bus and train offering a regular service for a reasonable amount. Going back to this hotel ,it is nice to see it is clean and not totally reliant on air conditioning as windows in the bedroom can be opened slightly. This is a must for us as we cannot stand air conditioned hotel rooms especially when they have not been cleaned or serviced regularly. The carpark is of a good size and just requires guests to input their registration details on the screen to stop being charged .
