"Good location and friendly staff"
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay overall. The hotel is in a very good location with plenty of parking, which made everything easy. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A couple of minor issues: the room was not cleaned after we first requested it, so we had to ask again, and the Wi-Fi was quite slow.
Overall, a pleasant stay and I would still recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really pleasant experience. The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The hotel was well-maintained, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth.
However, one interaction with a member of the cleaning staff let the experience down - A blonde cleaner on my floor shouting on her mobile in the corridor to a girl crying & shouting on loudspeaker. I politely asked for a towel - mine had not been replaced, she seemed irritated, tutted audibly, and responded in a way that felt quite intimidating - clearly annoyed I interrupted her phone call. I wasn’t asking for anything unusual, and the reaction made me feel uncomfortable & afraid rather than helped.
It’s a shame because aside from this incident, the hotel itself is great and I would otherwise recommend it. I hope management can address this, as a more courteous and professional approach from all staff including cleaners would make the stay excellent.

Had another amazing stay here. Has to be one of the best premieirnns I’ve stayed at. The staff as friendly as always and made me and my children feel so welcomed. The bed was comfy and the room was spotless .We ate in the restaurant during our stay and again very very pleased. Will definitely be back !
