"Convenient position and usual comfortable quality."

Unfortunately on the day we arrived the kitchen was closed due I believe to staffing issues. But there is one of only three Wetherspoons Pubs in Northern Ireland across the road. We only spent one night there but it was clean and comfortable and served our purpose well. Breakfast in the morning wasn't affected and was being served as usual.

"I wouldn’t stay there again"

Hotel was ok. Good location and available carpark. Don’t be tempted to pay extra for breakfast as very poor choices. Not worth for the money. Also be careful when booking. I was charged double for changing the date of my stay by only a week. I wouldn’t stay there again

We had booked an early check in at 11am and paid for it When we arrived our room was not ready as previous guests still there! They asked us to wait in the restaurant attached which was a Brewers Faye and then we had to buy a coffee and make it ourselves We were finally in our room at 1pm Offered a free breakfast and no charge for early check in but food was awful cold and little choice Our room was not cleaned for 4 days and apparently you have to ask reception to clean it But they should have replenished tea coffee etc which they never did not towels ! The restaurant had no staff so there was no food available for 3 nights at least and they closed at 9:30 even if you were having a drink with family we were told to leave Staff were pleasant and helpful but the whole building needs a paint at least We paid a lot of money for this very sub standard hotel Do not stay here it’s awful only good thing was that the view was nice and the bed comfortable

It was amazing the beds were comfy, the staff were nice and theres a bar at the ground floor near reception! 5/5 im coming back when im in belfast.
