"good harbour location but food not the best and no air con."
Good location on the harbour safe parking and plenty space.
No air con so be warned if hot. Hard sleep breathing . Food as usual with prem inn not the best since taking it in house. Quakity and varity just poor. Unless prem inn up mthere game with food there gona loose custom . And we stay in hotels weekly all over the uk. Its the same everywhere since u taken it in house . Poor food quailty , portaions and varirty its all micowave ping meals

"No hot water"
We had a problem as the hot water was intemittant hot/cold/stop in our room. When we mentioned this it was "tested" the next day and the staff said it was OK. The problem hadn't been fixed at all. The 3rd day maintenence looked at it and found a valve was broken so we moved rooms. We were promised a refund between a sea view and the replacement and also a complimentary refund of 3 beakfasts. Acceptable, thank you, but no information about this refund has happened and nothing has been repaid as yet.

"Good stay - great staff!"
Arrived at 11pm after our air bnb fell through. The lady on reception was very welcoming and sorted extra pillows, a bottle of water (as the bar was closing) etc.
The car park is big which is great. We didn’t use the restaurant, went to the diner across the road.
Would stay again!

"Adverts are fooling everybody"
I have never had such a bad night in a hotel. The TV adverts are misleading. The room was so hot, I could not sleep. And it was not a hot summer's night either. It was actually cool outside. We had a fan in the room and the window was opened. They do not have air conditioning. We checked the radiator, just in case. It was not on. The coolest place in the hotel, was the corridor. Bed was very uncomfortable.
This is my second bad experience in a Premier Inn Hotel. It used to mean something. It doesn't anymore! And at a cost of £180, I felt robbed.
I would like to mention the staff. It was the only positive thing. They were very friendly and helpful. I feel for them, having to represent such a poor brand
