"really really poor"
probably the worst premier in stayed in throughout the UK. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing long delays at check in and single duvets for double beds. Terrible experience
"Terrible Experience"
Terrible experience from start to finish. Check in was really slow, massive queue, told lady on reception we had a restaurant booking & needed to check in quickly. Her answer " should have come earlier". Werent told anything about breakfast times etc, Had booked a twin/quad room was given a room with double bed, totally not suitable for couple who don't sleep together!!! Had to make best of it as ina rush! Breakfast was a shambles, no one at entrance to show you to table, no hot food at all at one stage, tables not cleared or cleaned & floor really sticky, seats are grubby & need replaced. Staff seem to have a "couldn't care less attitude" Again at checkout no one at reception & people waiting to check in. Will not stay again, will go to Holiday Inn or Leonardo.
"Very happy with everything"
Very happy with everything and staff are very friendly and breakfast was first class room was very clean and check in was fast
"Aircon doesn't work...Rooms are roasting"
Stayed in room 405 during the hottest weather in Belfast and the aircon didn't work. Complained to the Spanish guy on reception who said he had reset it and it would work now...Guess what...it didn't. As a result we had a terrible night's sleep as the room temperature didn't drop below 23 degrees far too warm for us both to sleep.. Filled in Premier Inns online survey and conveyed my dissatisfaction in hope of at least a partial refund but haven't heard a cheap from. Looks like the days of Lenny Henry's 'Good night sleep guaranteed' are long gone.
"Family visit to Belfast"
Have stayed here before and had a great stay but was not good this time, one rude man on bar and reception, drink price changed daily
