"Premier Inn Alfred Street: The Best Staff & Location Combo in Belfast."
We recently stayed at the Premier Inn on Alfred Street, and while you know what you're getting with the brand (clean, comfortable, reliable), the staff and the location truly set this particular hotel apart. Exceptional Family Welcome: Traveling with our 3-year-old daughter can be tough, but the team here was incredible. Huge thanks to Leona and Jonny in particular—they were so warm and engaging, making our little one feel included and special right away (especially with the offer of sweets!). That genuine kindness is priceless and made the start of our trip stress-free. The Signature Sleep Quality: The rooms are dark, the blackout curtains are fantastic, and that famous Premier Inn Hypnos bed is just as comfortable as advertised. We all slept wonderfully, which is the main reason to book here! GO for the Breakfast: The Premier Inn Breakfast buffet (around £10.99) is massive and delicious. If you’re traveling with family, up to two kids eat completely free with a paying adult, which is a huge money saver and highly recommended. Overall Verdict: Highly recommended, especially for families who prioritize staff warmth (thanks, Leona and Jonny!), a superb location, and guaranteed quiet sleep. We would definitely return!
"Great hotel"
Great location . Friendly staff . Clean and comfortable room . Breakfast was tasty with fresh supplies . Comfy bed with fluffy pillows .
"Expectations - a bed YES - a shower NO"
As a regular user of Premier Inn I was disappointed in the morning to find that the shower was not working. As I had limited time I complained to the manager who replied ‘that’s an easy fix for me’ but that wasn’t much good to me! He said he could do nothing for me and suggested I complain on line! ☹️
"Great Location"
A really good clean hotel in a great location for exploring Belfast. Our room was spacious, and clean with a very good shower as you would expect from a Premier inn. As we were there for only 3 nights we decided not to have our room cleaned daily as clean towels, tea, coffee, milk etc were readily available on reception. The staff were always very professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold food, and was plentiful and replenished constantly, Would recommend staying here when in Belfast
