"Great Location"
A really good clean hotel in a great location for exploring Belfast. Our room was spacious, and clean with a very good shower as you would expect from a Premier inn. As we were there for only 3 nights we decided not to have our room cleaned daily as clean towels, tea, coffee, milk etc were readily available on reception. The staff were always very professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold food, and was plentiful and replenished constantly, Would recommend staying here when in Belfast
"Great room, comfy bed, Breakfast poor, security shocking !!"
The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the city, only 10 minutes walk from the centre and its attractions. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, beds were very comfy with adequate bedding, towels etc... The breakfast service was very poor..... numerous empty dishes on the buffet, fruit juices running out, bread for toast not replenished without asking, six eggs cooked at a time with numerous guests waiting, beans running out and waiting for more to be warmed up, running out of bacon and sausage etc... Majority of staff uninterested with no one having the foresight to replenish before things ran out. We also left our bags on check out so we could explore the city on our final day, on our return our bags could not be located. I was asked behind the check in desk and there were bags thrown all over the place !! I was asked to "see if you can find them", and left with access to everybody else's bags with nobody watching, total lack of luggage security !! The Premier Inn moto is "Rest Easy" !! I certainly did in bed but I don't rest easy with breakfast and luggage storage !!!
"Clean, comfortable and quiet"
Had a good 2 night stay at the Belfast city Premier Inn. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and I wasn't disturbed in the night by any noise.
"100/100"
I love all the staffs because they are so nice and friendly to and the room is really comfy and really nice and the food is delicious 💕💕💕
"Premier Plus room- Great value for money"
I stayed in a Premier Plus Room with a view, which is part of an ongoing renovation and refurbishment initiative. I had been notified in advance that there was refurbishment ongoing, but during my stay, I didn't encounter any disruption, apart from one of the elevators being out of service, but that didn't impact me too much. The room was spotless, and had a fragrant, pleasing scent when I first walked in. The bed had freshly washed sheets, and a comfy mattress. The rainfall shower-head and new soaps / shower amenities were excellent. The desk was a great size, and perfect for anyone travelling for work. Also equipped with a desk lamp to help in low light conditions. Next to the desk is a HDMI port so you can connect your laptop, iPad, etc to watch content on the TV.

The room featured plenty of plug sockets to charge devices, and the two sockets on either side of the bed feature a USB-A port. The mini-fridge was an excellent perk, and virtually unheard of in a room as reasonably priced as this. The Project Art Works throughout the room added a nice touch, brightening up the room and display lesser known artists. The staff at check-in were very friendly and were very knowledgeable about the local area. As I was in line to check-in, I witnessed the check-in staff provide informative and accurate directions to the SSE Arena, and also noted multiple destinations along the way to stop in for coffee or food. This level of service was absolutely outstanding in my opinion, solidifying this hotel as a great place for tourists and visitors. The night porters were incredibly friendly and helpful. To top it off, this hotel is in a prime and central location, being just a few minutes walk from Belfast City Hall, while still offering a ridiculously reasonable price. If I were to pick out a few minor issues: I really have no major critiques about the room, location, service. The only minor drawback was that the Ultimate Wi-Fi speed is limited to 8mb download, which can be a bit slow, especially for anyone travelling for work.
The TV is a bit small for the size of the room, especially when sitting in the lounging chair.
