"A must stay in Belfast"
I have stayed here before due to location as its in the heart of the action as such, been a while since I last stayed and was pleased at how the hotel seems to have improved rather than went down hill, this would be a popular hotel due to its location but i was more than pleased with the condition of the hotel in general, couldn't find a fault.
"Breakfast"
Magda was wonderful, very friendly at breakfast. I was up early and she was so friendly. She was happy to help :) Great start to the day
"Friendly Belfast"
Belfast premier inn was a good base for us to explore Northern Ireland, very easy to get from George Best city airport on number 600 bus to The Albert clock tower then a 5 minute walk to hotel. Short walk to city hall to pick up day trips to the beautiful Antrim coast and the Giants causeway and Down Royal horse racing, easy walk to Grand central train station for day trip to the golf seaside town of Portrush, the Titanic quarter is a short walk past the Albert clock tower and over the foot bridge. The hotel is very very close to noisy ,busy and great music pubs and lively clubs. Premier Inn usual clean, comfortable, helpful and friendly.
"Terrible stay !"
Did'nt get room till 1540, checked in at 3pm, was told by reception we cant force people out of their rooms at 12 ! No Air Con. Stayed for 2 x days, room was not serviced, (we had asked at reception for it to be serviced, but you would expect it to be standard practice. A Meal deal of evening meal and breakfast was asked for on the same day, NO, it has to be evening followed by breakfast next morning. Overpriced for the service we got, wont be in any hurry back !
"Don’t book a meal deal with Bar and Block and Premier Inn"
Meal deals with Bar and Block are a waste of money Poor service lets down what is a good meal. - Premier Inn should ensure that its customers get value for money when promoting the deal - the service is very poor and had we looked at the Trip Advisor reviews before taking it up we would not have done so! Just book the breakfast and forget thdd we meal deal!
