"Premium price for a budget hotel"
Our experience was not good. All the little things you expect when staying in a hotel were none existent. You have the pleasure of walking your dirty towels through the lobby and having to ask for new ones , there were no tissues, complimentary water, body lotion, face washers and well I can just go .
Breakfast was the same thing every day,dry sausages, over cooked bacon, cold pastries
and the rooms are very small
You're charged premium (premier) prices for a budget room

"Check-in from hell"
45 minute queue to check in! After a long and difficult day of travel this was the last thing we needed. Self check-in machines need to be available. Staff shortages and inefficient check in process were to blame.
The bed was too firm and uncomfortable that I ended up with a bad back.

"Rude and Unhelpful Staff!"
We are currently staying in this hotel until Friday and have encountered two very rude and unhelpful staff members which I will not name on a public forum however I have emailed Premier Inn directly with their details. We selected this hotel as it advertises parking although it does say 'limited' at €22 per day. When we arrived yesterday morning, we were able to find a space.
Upon leaving yesterday afternoon, we were informed by a team member that if we left, we would be unlikely to find a space on our return that evening. We had already paid for the day rate so asked if we could possibly reserve the space we had paid for. We were informed this was not possible, and no alternative was given except to be told to not move our vehicle. The staff member was fairly abrupt and seemed unconcerned with trying to help us find a solution. It was only when we asked to speak to a manager that he provided us with details of other car parks. I am unsure as to why this was not given in the first place.
When we returned to the hotel that evening at approximately 22:30, the car park was full, so we parked in another local car park which was a short walk away. We asked a different staff member if the hotel was still serving food and was told they were not. However, I appreciate that by this time, it was fairly late. We then asked the staff member if he knew of any good restaurants where we might be able to eat and was told to "look on the internet". We asked again and he replied "what would you do at home?" He was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed very inconvenienced that he was having to provide what I would consider basic advice to us. He then appeared to have had enough so walked away leaving us to deal with the first staff member we had encountered earlier. We mentioned the car parking situation again and explained that it was rather confusing. The staff member said in a raised and accusatory tone, "I told you not to leave the car park!" From further research on TripAdvisor, this is quite a common issue so I am surprised that this has not been resolved.
The whole exchange was unpleasant and unnecessary. Whilst I appreciate that Premier Inn is 'no frills', I would expect a basic level of service and common courtesy from the team members. We are two lone females travelling to a different city and had requested some simple advice about local eateries and were spoken to in a very condescending and dismissive manner. In fact, when we requested the name of the staff member, he seemed very reluctant to provide this and scribbled it on a business card and threw it across the desk. When I told him I was unable to read it, he barked it at me! I have stayed in many hotels and over 20 Premier Inns and can honestly say, this is the very worst service I have ever received.
On a more positive note, the rooms are very comfortable and well laid out with wonderful views over the City. For this reason, I have given a 'Poor' rating instead of 'Terrible" All other members of the team at the hotel from Reception to F&B have been very helpful and courteous so it's a same that these two exceptions are letting the hotel down.
Needless to say, we shall not be returning.

"Highly recommended"
The hotel was very easy to locate, just a 20-minute walk from the train station or a quick 5-minute taxi ride. Upon arrival, the receptionist was exceptionally polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. We had requested an early check-in, which was accommodated for a reasonable fee of just 15 euros.
Our room, 402 on the fourth floor, left a great first impression. It was spotless and well-equipped, featuring two comfortable single beds, a decent amount of space, a TV, and amenities like an electric kettle with tea and coffee. While the bed was very comfortable, I initially found the pillow too flat for my liking. Thankfully, an extra pillow provided in the closet solved the issue, making the subsequent nights much more comfortable.
The bathroom was spacious, immaculately clean, and stocked with all the essential toiletries. The shower offered excellent water pressure, adding to the overall positive experience. Despite the room facing the road, it was impressively quiet, with no noticeable noise from outside traffic.
Breakfast, which was included in my reservation, was satisfying and offered a good variety. The selection included cold cuts, fresh bread, cereals, sweet pastries, hot dishes, and fruit juices—plenty to start the day off right.
Overall, my stay at this Premier Inn was highly enjoyable. From the convenient location to the comfortable accommodations and attentive service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

"Just what we needed"
Very nice hotel. It's been great spending 4 nights here. The bed was cosy and warm, slightly hard mattress but we instantly adopted the German way of bed sheets, You have a single duvet each on a double bed.
Everything is all spotlessly clean, nice towels with a cracking hot shower, it was great after a few days stomping the Christmas markets.
We didn't have any food or drink there due to a higher price than just going to a local bar or cafe. We did ask about the breakfast but was put off by the 17.50€ each per day. Kids eat free which is good and all you can eat. But we choose to go local anyway.
Once you get your head around the tram/train/bus systems, it is quite easy to get around rapidly. We did a 24hr all you can ride ticket each. 8.50€ each and kids are free.
I would come back to the hotel and use them again and the total cost wasn't too bad at all.
