      "THIS HOTEL STAFF DON'T LIKE UK PEOPLE "
      NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL IN 5 DAY STAY. I booked a Double room back in February 2024 ready for our holiday in Brunswick Germany in Sept 2024, when we came to visit friends. 1- On arrival we got to our room to find it wasn't a double as booked but a TWIN on the 2nd floor. We went back down to reception (no phone in the room) to request the DOUBLE room that had been booked for the past 6 months. The receptionist just SHRUGGED her shoulders NO APOLOGY and informed us that the hotel was full and there were no other rooms available, so we will have to 'PUSH THE BEDS TOGETHER.' Another man tried to say ' You got what you booked ' and was SO RUDE AND INSULTING!! 2- During our 4 full days stay (checked out on the 5th day) we had NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. During our stay, I had to go down to reception again and request fresh towels, as no room service. Again NO APOLOGY, just handed the towels with a glare from the same INSULTING man. 3- We had NO room coffee or tea top ups, NO bathroom cleaning, no clean cups!! We ended up having to go to the local McDonald's just around the corner to buy a coffee and food with a friendly smile. I have been using Premier Inn for all my UK trips and never had any issues, BUT THIS PREMIER INN IN BRUNSWICK GERMANY, IS AN INSULT TO THE UK BRAND NAME!!!!! DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL
      "Business Stay - Quite Good"
      This place is ideally located in the centre of town and near all you need including transport options. Rooms are small but reasonable, clean, strangely no fridge at all, very little in the way of toiletries (only a pump dispenser), secure and overall acceptable. The breakfast option was very good and worthwhile for sure. Staff at the front desk were polite and helpful.

      The location of this hotel is perfect, situated just 3 minutes walk to the city area, close to REWA supermarket, cafes and small restaurants, and McDonalds opposite. The bus from the train station stops a very short walk away. The hotel reception was very welcoming and had no trouble extending our stay by another 10 days. Our room was modern, very clean, fresh towels daily, amenities and comfortable bed. Our room did not have a refrigerator or telephone but free Wifi and tea/coffee maki g facilities. As we had a room overlooking the wide area adjoining the hotel and close to a night club, it could be a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights but the rest of the time was very quiet. A good breakfast was served daily. Overall this is a very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel given its proximity to the city and Cathedral precinct. It seems to be very popular judging by the constant stream of people checking in!!
      "Terrible…."
      The worst hotel I have ever stayed at .Starting with the obnoxious admin guy. we booked two rooms, the air conditioner didn't work in both, we asked why, they said it's not hot in Germany, even though it was +32 outside. We could not open the windows, there was a terrible noise from the bar under the windows. there were not enough cleaning items, cotton pads, ear plugs, one towel for 2 people. And when a bloody handkerchief or tampon fell out from between the beds in the morning, it was a complete nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
      "A good night's sleep - guaranteed NOT ! 30C in room - air con broken for 9 nights - TERRIBLE STAY"
      We stayed for 9 nights at the end of June. The air con was broken during our entire stay - we moved rooms 3 times, looked at 5 - and were promised the air con would work in the next room, but it didn't. If you held your hand right against the air con, you could feel what I can only describe as a 'chihuhahua's breath' ... a very slight , warm hint of air movement! It was 30C in the room during our entire stay. We were looking forward to getting home for a good night's sleep!! Honestly, I've had less jetlag going to Sydney or New Zealand than staying in BS coming from Edinburgh... it took a good week to get back to normal after this exhausting stay. We were offered 4 night's refund and the option of moving into a different hotel ( paying the difference ourselves ) - because who wouldn't want to move rooms 3 times and then move into some other hotel and pay for the privilege? Most of our stay was taken up by either packing and unpacking , talking to some member of staff ( no-one talked to one another ) or discussing how horrible a stay it was at Premier Inn Braunschweig. 1 Star - I would give less if I could
