Frankfurt Westend hotel

Murat & Kim were amazing! So helpful, friendly and personably and helped me throughout my stay. Highly recommend their service!

I have stayed in this hotel with my family and something we did appreciate was the staff and the service they offered. We left this hotel on 27/july. First they supported me and my family organizing my rooms (there was a change of rooms at the last minute due to my family’s decision ) Julia (Spanish girl) from reception was great,she even gave us sweets !! That was simple but awesome as we needed something like that in that moment . there was two people on training,a guy from Ecuador I believe ,and a German girl,they were great even when they were on training they were doing their best with a good attitude , the manager Moru (I am not sure how to spell his name ) but he also supported us . Guys from the bar in general,giving us drinks during the evening/night with a great attitude . One thing we weren’t aware of it was the room’s cleaning process ,we weren’t aware we needed to ask for this so due to this our rooms weren’t clean,however we asked for towels and new bed sheets and they were provided by reception straight away The rooms are in good condition ,for the price you pay this is more than worth it . It’s in a good location ,and once again Julia from reception recommended us places to eat and visit .she helped us a lot! Of course 5 stars for this!! Gracias Julia !

we stayed at the hotel during a fair with 82 people (in total 301 nights) I personally stayed there for 7 days and nights - not once having a warm room nor a hot shower! many times - we complained at the reception but nothing happened till we checked out!!!

This is just over a mile from Frankfurt main railway station. Trams 10, 16 & 17 leave from outside the railway station to tram stop Ludwig Erbert Anglager which itself is almost in front of the hotel. All staff seem to have a command of the English language. Bar open 24 hours a day if you need it and the varied breakfast is just under 17 Euros. 2 lifts to the upper floors. I found that the air conditioning fan kept making a noise so it was better if the A.C. was turned off. Really big shower space, kettle, T.V., hair drier and iron board in the room. All rooms have double beds.

We moved to this hotel because our previous hotel was awful. And knowing what you get at a premier inn, I knew we would be OK. Anyway, you wouldn't have even thought this was a premier inn, it was an amazing hotel. Beautiful and so clean. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We had a noise complaint for a room next to us and they dealt with it straight away. The breakfast was lovely, the room was so nice and comfortable, the staff were so friendly. I honestly cannot fault this hotel and would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting to stay in frankfurt. Not only this but the location of the hotel is in such a lovely part of frankfurt with some great statues and architecture around. We didn't want to leave. One last thing, it is only a 5 minute walk from the natural history museum which I also highly reccomend.
