Berlin Kurfurstendamm hotel

We stayed during ITB period from 2-6 March 26. This is my 3rd stay and most probably the last. Despite the hotel doesn’t have any service available including tea coffee sachets must be asked from the reception what really upset you is the attitude of some staff. They seems to think that the guests are lower class citizens and that the staff are far more superior. If you had to deal with one of them they’ll ensure that they make you feel very comfortable. The price they charge seems unreasonable for the service the hotel provided.

Lovely Hotel a nice walk or short metro journey from the center of Berlin and the major tourist destinations. This hotel has a lovely little restaurant for breakfast and a great well stocked bar for a night cap before bed. I was here with a number of colleagues for a team meeting nearby. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Excellent hotel the best premier inn I’ve stayed at. Friendly service room cleaned everyday just ask. We had no noise unlike some Berlin hotels we have stayed at. Location is good. Shower could have been more pressure

Good option for 1 or 2 nights if the price is acceptable. + - friendly staff + clean + location, good neighboorhood en close to U bahn - very compact room, only one chair - basic service, no cleaning in between - with Windows open lot of streetnoise and sirenes -smokers in front of the door We were told our room would not be cleaned in between. For a 2 night stay no problem but a lot of hotels give you a drink voucher or a small discount for this. Unfortunately not here. People are allowed to smoke real close to the entree , so I had to pass through the smoke everytime which I really despice. Hotel should take care of non smokers and forbid smoking close to the entree.

The duty manager was plain rude and aggressive.. I can’t tell you their name as they would not give it. Whilst my friend may have drunk too much thei duty managers attitude was totally inappropriate to his other guests. Lazy lazy attitude Won’t come here again, still have three more days to put up with this but hey ho I write this as I’m here 8/8/25 at 22.05
