Nuremberg City Centre hotel

I could not imagine a more suitable location for this hotel; it is just a few minutes away from the train station, which is a significant advantage. Being in proximity to a train station allows you to enjoy a pleasant view of trains passing by. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and demonstrate a high level of knowledge in their roles. Regarding the room, it is essentially comparable to any other Premier Inn; Brilliant. Their rooms are of a much higher quality than those of other hotels I have visited. This is attributed to the consistent care and dedication that the entire team invests in creating a pleasant experience and living environment. If the Manager happens to read this, I would like to extend my thanks to your employee, 'Ana.' During my stay, she was consistently helpful and always available when I required assistance. She is truly a unique worker, someone who genuinely cares about her role and responsibilities. Nevertheless, there exists a significant drawback to this remarkable experience: there is no air conditioning, only a temperature regulator located within the room. Consequently, I found myself compelled to open the window throughout the night due to the intense heat; however, sleeping with it open proved unfeasible due to the excessive noise entering the room. After shutting the window, I directed my attention to the temperature unit, setting it to the lowest possible temperature. Believe me, this did not yield the desired effect, as it felt warmer than it had before I activated it.

Booked this place for the last night of our Bavaria trip, as it's close to the station and lovely areas of the old city. Not been here long, but our room is lovely, very smart, superb showeroom, great bed and pillow and quiet. Despite previous reviews I've read, I believe that we do have Aircon and the WiFi works well. Happy hour, 5 - 7pm is a genuine half price experience with good selection of booze. We're used to Premier Inn quality in the UK and this is equally as good!

30 Celsius degree outside, window towards the street … no AC in the room. The reception says they only provide air circulation!!! There is AC equipment in the room but switched off from the central.

As far as Premier Inns go, this is one of the best I've stayed in, of course it's nothing amazing, but the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, service was good and the location is amazing, pretty much right next to the main station! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I booked earlier via the website asking for a quiet room at the highest floor. When I checked in and kindly asked the receptionist lady she assigned me the upmost contradiction , room 114 directly in front of a 4 lane street and a tram line what a nightmare after travelling for more than 24 hours from Australia ! Not having a good night snooze for sure
