"Two nights lost because they would not drop one"
Our stay here never happened. A security matter at home, involving police, forced us to shift our dates by one night. Three months ahead, we contacted the property through Booking and offered to rebook at a higher nightly rate. Refused. We asked instead to check in the second day. Ignored.
All or nothing. The only option they gave us was to cancel the entire reservation and pay a 90% fee.
We accept that we did book a non-refundable rate. But we were trying to keep paying them for a room, three months out and hoping they could work with us.
The rooms may be fine. The service has no flexibility whatsoever.

"Awful"
Ac does not work, rooms are old and dirty. No customer service. Might as well stay in India, hot and stinky rooms. No hot water. They sell your room to multiple people and you have to deal
With families coming in at all hours because their room is yours. Ridiculous. Took photo of the wonderful full 😂 AC.

"Six Nights at Premier Inn Munich Zentrum"
Nice size room and bathroom, including desk with chair, black out curtains, club chair, kettle, coffee/tea. Cleaning is by request; it's the same if you just want new towels. The air conditioning worked very well, as did the shower (strong with hot water.) Breakfast isn't included and is pretty expensive, but you're not far from Sendlingerstrasse and several bakeries and restaurants. You're also close to the Sendlingertor underground station, which has a few places to eat underground. In the other direction is Karlsplatz station, with even more underground shopping/eating options. Especially useful if you're traveling out of the central area and want to grab something to eat on the way. That stretch of Sonnenstrasse can seem a bit sketchy; some homeless in some empty storefront doorways. And beware of the bike path that runs parallel to the sidewalk. I've never seen people riding so fast in such a busy area, including with electric bikes. We were in a courtyard room, so can't speak to noise level on the street side. Overall, the hotel itself is recommended.

"Not the best experience compared to other Premium Inns"
We travelled as a family of four and booked two premier rooms. Luckily they were side by side which was very handy.
I agree with other posters that the air con is ineffective. The lowest setting is 19 degrees. But the rooms never got below 25 degrees.
One health and safety issue to note. We were on floor 7 and one of our rooms allowed the window to open fully like a door. It was very effective for cooling down the room but I was worried how easily someone could fall out. On the flip side, the other room only allows the window to tilt open.
Breakfast we felt was overpriced. We ate once and then used the many coffee shops and handy supermarket next door for supplies.
An issue we experienced was my husbands room key failed and it turned out the actual lock had malfunctioned resulting in being asked to immediately vacate the room and move to the opposite end of the corridor from us. It was very inconvenient. Then, somehow we ended up with 3 key cards for our other room. 2 out of 3 cards failed. There is definitely a known problem with the locking system but doesn’t appear to be much in the way of maintenance.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The location is great and central for the main tourist spots.
Our rooms were roadside facing and there is a lot of noise from construction work at the moment from around 8.30am.
Nighttime noise is general traffic sounds but nothing bad.
If I plan to visit Munich again, I will look elsewhere for accommodation.

"Do not stay here."
If air conditioning, working televisions, and clean toilets are important to you, do not stay here.
We paid extra for an air conditioned room for four nights in a sweltering week of June. We had to switch rooms three times, and even then, they could not find a room that was cooled. Their building's climate control system seems incapable of cooling the rooms. When I asked for a fan to at least get some air moving, they said they could not give me one.
In the last room that they put us in, the television didn't work. When I asked if someone could get it working, the kid at the front desk said "maybe tomorrow."
In two of the rooms that we were in, it was clear that the cleaning crew does not know how to clean toilets. Under the rims of each one were quite dirty, and I had to clean them myself.
Breakfast is passable. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. But there are probably other hotels equally well situated. Avoid this one!
