    "Overnight stay"
    We recently visited for a weekend trip. Everything was just right , the room was very comfortable, the food was lovely and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful Nothing was too much trouble We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be re-visiting shortly
    "One night in Worcester"
    Staff are polite, friendly and on hand Restaurant service was quick and food was nice Room was ok but limited sleep due to the heat and no air con. Parking not included in rate Hotel looking tatty and in need of an upgrade. Dirty chairs and just grubby in general.
    "No Air Conditioning ( be warned )"
    Typical Premier Inn . However , our room was on the 1st floor . We checked in at approx 20.30 hrs ( on a rare sunny day) our room was so hot , Still 27.7°C at 1am . So we checked out and drove home through the night .
    "Cooked in the room"
    Get rid of the stupid window restrictors. We cooked all night in hot weather. People do not fall out of windows - we are cleverer than that.
    "Cannot fault our experience here. Excellent."
    Everything great. Verity, Cody and Thomas the chef excellent. Great service, food very good. Too full for desert 😅 Thanks v much really enjoyed our stay.
