    "Cannot fault our experience here. Excellent."
    Everything great. Verity, Cody and Thomas the chef excellent. Great service, food very good. Too full for desert 😅 Thanks v much really enjoyed our stay.
    "Unnaturally hot"
    Room was a great size and clean, well set up for my family of 5 with a double bed, two single beds and a travel cot. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great choice but really slow at replenishing anything that ran out. I have to mark so low because of the horrendous heat in the room. Outside 20 degrees and in the room an absolutely stifling 28 degrees, same on both our visits one week apart in different rooms. None of us slept properly but this is not covered by their good night guarantee despite the room being SIGNIFICANTLY warmer than outdoor temperatures. Perhaps the rooms would be nice in winter. 100% would not stay here again based on that alone.

    Unwelcoming reception staff on arrival Very hurried and abrupt Hotel shabby and run down Not as clean as it should be No glasses in bedroom and only two coffee cups in a family room Restaurant needs major update Bench seat had holes in Food was average at best and order not complete and while waiting for the rest the food became cold Breakfast adequate but staff need a lesson in welcoming people with a smile We will not be returning
    "Terrible dirty hotel (see pictures)"
    This hotel is absolutely terrible, it’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ever. The pictures speak louder than words. Premier inn have only offered me half my money back, being honest I wished I’d slept in my vehicle.

    Service was good and staff were friendly. The window wouldn't shut properly and could not be repaired so we had to move rooms
