Redditch North (A441) hotel

Stayed at the premier inn redditch 4th April staff were very friendly. Rooms clean and tidy had breakfast and dinner food was nice thank you everyone

Very poor cooked breakfast this time on the Sunday eggs hard scrambled eggs were swimming in liquid which was off putting. Everything else on the plate was cold,unfortunately I left most of it.

Make absolutely sure you input your car details on the separate terminal and NOT just writing the reg number when they ask for it at reception. You will be fined. You will also NOT be told to do this at reception as putting up signs is deemed adequate.

I specifically booked a room with two 3’ beds as my son has heart failure. Their website showed the option of a double bed with a sofa bed or twin beds which were £5 extra. We were given a room with a double and a sofa bed. When I queried this at Reception I was told that the hotel doesn’t have twin beds. Since the double bed was two linked singles, clearly this wasn’t true. My son struggled to sleep. In addition, it was impossible to wash when in the bath as the soap dispenser was halfway up the wall! I managed to borrow a broken soap dispenser from Reception.

Clean hotel, very close to train station. Very friendly staff.
