"Excellent stay"
Made to feel welcome by a very pleasant and helpful receptionist Room everything I expected it to be clean, comfortable and as usual a comfortable bed. Receptionist, when asked, informed us of a long walk we wanted to take which was of exceptional beauty Arrow Park just a few minutes drive from the Hotel We took the meal deal and was not disappointed as that was excellent too. Again staff very helpful and pleasant making you feel glad to be there Overhaul a pleasant visit

"Lovely stay"
Lovely stay. Room was clean, fantastic aircon in corridor and room. Check on lady was so lovely. Check out was different and didn’t acknowledge us leaving at all . Breakfast was great and had ample parking

We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Redditch and a big thank you to Fiona for making it so welcoming. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome on our travels. Nothing was too much trouble and her kindness and positive attitude really made a difference to our stay. It’s staff like Fiona who make people want to come back. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!

"All round great place"
We unfortunately came down for a funeral but it was a great place to stay. The welcome on arrival settled us in straight away and the biscuits at the desk were very welcomed after a long drive. The room was clean and it was helpful there was a lift. Our rooms being close together without asking was also a big positive for us. We would definitely stay again, thank you.

Stayed here when visiting family in the area. We booked a double room and were amazed at the size of the room. Air conditioning was a blessing in the recent hot weather and the room was spotless. We were met on arrival with such happiness and positivity from the lovely receptionist. Also could not have asked for a better breakfast, all food was hot and fresh. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
