Premier inn used to be a good hotel and good value for money, however I arrived at 2.30 as check in is at 3 I assumed it wouldn't be a problem but the surly receptionist told me I'd have to pay another £14 no for early check in, so I sat down for half an hour and waited, bearing in mind my mother in law had been taken seriously ill and rushed to hospital and I'd had to change the booking by a week, at the time I changed it noone told me I'd have to pay £21. So I had to pay that before it would let me in. The room had already without these extras cost £180 for one night. The breakfast was ok but nothing out of the ordinary and I think you can find better hotels than this for that amount of money. Premier inn used to be a good budget hotel, but sadly they have got greedy, I won't stay again when there are hotels like ibis and travel lodge for the same or less.

Staff are lovely. Plenty of parking. Good location for Worcester and surround areas.you can faintly hear the main road. Air con was handy during the mild nights. Building and rooms are a little tired.

Outstanding staff and thanks for your help staying an extra night. A massive thanks to Owen and Ellie.
